Excellent coffee, better than anything you'll find in town, and better prices, service was great, good options for seating, perfect lighting....highly recommend this place.

An absolute gem in downtown Dawagiac. Delicious specialty drinks and pastries sell out daily. Their bear claw and almond joy latte are my every time orders.

We always get a Signature Cake for the birthdays in our family. They are delicious, inexpensive, and the perfect size. We love the confetti and the cookies and cream - I am sure the others are delicious but we love these so much, we keep ordering them over and over. My husband and I also love getting a latte here anytime we’re downtown. We’re so lucky to have them!

On May 14, I sat down at a quaint table at The Baker’s Rhapsody, a small local bakery in Dowagiac, Michigan. With first date jitters making their way to the surface, my now wife and I ordered a cup of coffee and a mouthwatering cupcake that opened our eyes and our hearts to one another. On March 12, My wife and I shared those amazing cupcakes with 100 of our closest friends and family at a brief but mighty brunch reception. Jordan Anderson, I am beyond grateful for your incredible customer service. My gratitude for your wedding cake and cupcakes are poems I wish I could write. Poetry hides in the very fabric your mouthwatering cupcakes are composed of. So, I wanted to share a few photos with you because I would not have met wife if you had not created a space for me in that empty small town for me to meet her. Coffee and pastries are phenomenal. I work in Dowagiac several times a week and this is the only place I go for breakfast. They are always fast, friendly, and everything is fresh. If I lived in Dowagiac I'd be there every day!

My husband and I take motorcycle trips as often as possible; we pick a coffee shop as our destination and use back roads to get there. Yesterday was a return trip to Baker's Rhapsody for us. It was 43°, a grey, windy day. We again had an excellent experience: amazing baked goods, great coffee, warm, welcoming staff, clean bathrooms! Beautiful old building and pleasant atmosphere... definitely worth a visit. We'll be coming back!

We ordered cupcakes and a small cake to cut for photos from Baker’s Rhapsody for our wedding. Everything tasted incredible and the presentation was top notch. Jordan is so easy to work with and a great communicator. I cannot recommend Baker’s Rhapsody highly enough and will be a loyal customer forever!
I order my wedding cakes here and they were delicious but they did not decorate them at all. I had talked to them about what I had wanted on the cakes but they didn't do it. They also put black frosting in the middle of the one of the cake. I had told them not to do black frosting after they had told me that it would dye everyone's teeth black. I was super embarrassed of the cakes. Everyone was asking why they looked like that. I was just super disappointed in them especially since we had to pay 325 dollars for them both to look nothing like I asked for.
Went to France last year. The baked goods here on on par or better than anything we had over there. Best Danishes I have had in North America or Europe. Must see. Just go.
The Baker's Rhapsody is one of my favorite places to be! Jordan and Hector are always friendly and kind. The coffee shop is cute and comfy, and every sweet treat I have tried has been delicious. It's the best place to relax and read a book or do some homework. Their specialty drinks are spot on and taste amazing! If you've never been to the Baker's Rhapsody, you're missing out, you've gotta try it! :)
Very good coffee and a nice assortment of pastries. Will stop again when in Dowagiac
They often have limited edition and the only problem is they disappear to quickly.
