1st and last time at bigbys. The tea was very plain for $5 bucks. I could've had a better a better drink anywhere else. The barristers were very nice and friendly.
The mint mocha latte was delicious!
I ended up with extra coffee ☕ they made me pay for two, they said they thought I ordered two of the same coffee ☕. Funny and sad service. Never offered to correct error.
Biggby is always great. Bragel sandwich is a good value.

Thank you to Biggby Coffee for delivering on a delicious hot cup of coffee at 6:30 this morning. It was right on time. I never knew of this location but they saved the day after the Tim Horton's right up the road once again played me saying they open at 7:00 a.m. I already knew the routine park until 7 then they say we open at 8 if i went back i would have been late for work. Thank you Biggby. This is my new go to location.
It's gone noticeably downhill over the past year. Service is okay but the place itself is really dirty and beat up.
This place is awful. Second time coming to this location. Both times, none of the staff know what they're doing. They have about as much knowledge making these drinks as I do, which is none. Definitely won't be coming back here. I got a frozen spotted owl which has crushed ice floating on the top and all liquid on the bottom. 👎👎👎👎
Staff at this this place sucks. I walked in and the baristas we’re having a full on conversation basically ignoring my existence. With no surprise they got my order wrong. I called back to get it resolved and the person that answered just told me “ok” and “bye”. Almost as if it was my fault the order was wrong. Absolutely unacceptable, don’t recommend this place.
We stopped by with my friends for coffee . Friendly service, great job. The best Biggy B Coffee in Michigan. Coffee is very fresh . Definitely worth it to try it. 👍

Now the place is great to get your coffee and breakfast sandwich don't get me wrong. But WORKING at this place was truly bad and I wanted to share my experiences. From chemical burns to being blamed for things I didn't do to not being trained one bit by the owner or managers (didn't get trained till I was with regular employees). It was an absolute train wreck and if you are looking for a job at Biggby, find a different location under different ownership because they will hound you, blame you, not train you, talk behind your back, and dodge everything that comes to the health violation I witness. There's a lot more like creepy customers not being banned due to the owner not having a problem with them, but I can't attest to it because that didn't happen to me or I haven't been there long enough.
Now we making ppl scan a barcode for Wednesday promotion when you can go to an other BIGGBY coffee and get it just for stopping by on Wednesday… disgusting DO BETTER

Last fall I went here and had a bad experience waiting a long time to just get a black coffee. The staff at that time seem to not care too much about the customers. I decided to give this Biggby location another try today. I walked into the store and no staff was present for about 5 minutes. A young lady finally came to the counter and I asked if they had the $1.99 ice coffee special, she said yes. I asked for a large with a shot of espresso. The total came to $4.02 and I questioned her about the charge. She showed me the receipt and it was for a regular priced large ice coffee (no espresso). I said to her that she said they had the special and I also mentioned the extra shot of espresso. She said I needed a coupon and said nothing about the espresso. I told her that I have no coupon and I just wanted a refund. She had to get another lady who did not know how to process the refund. The owner finally came and provided me with a refund. This took about 15 minutes of my time and I ended up with no coffee, no apologies and just overall disappointment in Biggby. I wish Biggby would provide better training (not the first time my check was wrong) and that all Biggby's honor their advertisement ( $1.99 any size ice coffee billboards).
