Very friendly staff and drinks are always top notch. Well organized and efficient. It also helps that the owners are amazing people too!
This Biggby is EXTREMELY slow. The first time I came here, I went inside. It was empty inside and I figured it would be a quick in and out. Wrong. Took a while to be greeted and place my order. Drive through is even worse. If you have somewhere to be, don’t go to this biggby. You’ll be in line for 30 mins. I waited so long, I drove off when I got to the window because it the only way to get out of line. Each and every time I’ve been here, the wait has been the same. It’s just ridiculous. I started ordering a black coffee because anything more is a longer wait, and even a black cup of coffee takes 10 mins. It’s not just in the morning either. Any time of day, the wait is extremely long. I don’t know what those people who work here are doing, but they need to get it together. I stopped going here after my 4th time visiting. I go to the biggby 3 miles away . It’s a bit more of a drive but the efficiency is worth it.

Sometimes I get burnt bean watery latte, sometimes I get rich thick flavorful latte. I wish it was more consistent so I can give tips to baristas confidently. Edit: I've been going back to this location since few weeks ago, it's been solid every single time 10/10
I have gone to bigby for years and for some odd reason today the lady at the counter decided to be stingy with the coupons and rude. I was informed coupons are only given out AFTER purchase. I think she is the only person who follows this rule since I regularly request one beforehand, not to mention I have a whole stack of them stuck to the refrigerator and happened to forget it today. Considering I come here every weekend, it s a shame this individual decided to save the company three dollars by not handing me a coupon and losing a lifetime worth of coffee purchases…that is what I call bad math.

Great coffee, food, and service! This location is great! Baristas are super friendly and helpful. Inside is very clean and nicely decorated. Drinks and food were prepared quickly!

I love that you can customize your drinks. For context I'm a type 1 diabetic and it makes things a lot easier that the menu online shows the carbohydrates. And all the workers I have met have been amazing.
This is the best Biggby ever. Seriously they’re staff are amazing. The owner is so nice, and they just really get involved with their community.
Ordered the turkey havarti bragel and a pumpkin spice latte. Both were wonderful and the service was friendly and fast.

Honestly, this is the only bad biggby I've ever been to. Staff is not great or attentive, parts of my orders are missed, no one can stretch milk, sleeves and straws are hidden away and the beverages are fine-ish but not made with love. After several chances, I drive an extra couple miles out of my way to go to the one on Rochester and Long Lake, they are WAY better in every aspect of my experience.
Awesome love all types of coffees and at times depends who's making the coffee but it's been great here
