Fast service and they let you hang out as long as you want.
My son and I love Biggby and have been to many locations. This one did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and provided wonderful service. We had frozen drinks and they were great!
Awful tasted like the coffee was heavily watered down.
We had already driven away on I94 or I would have returned the coffee. It tasted horrible. Not consumable.

Nice little biggby, I occasionally stop here on my travels across state. I never hesitate to swing in for a cup of coffee
NEEDED a quick cup of coffee & a giant cookie & they filled the need. They are on the corner of the strip & parking was close but I wished they had a drive thru....no worries. The coffee & cookie were great!

Bagel was great. Coffee had no flavor and very weak. Service people were very pleasant and one of the service person personally paid for an individual who was having difficulty finding enough money to pay for her order.
Coffee is always fresh and hot, and friendly service.
I frequented this coffee shop often and pulled in on my way past to go to have Thanksgiving with Family. The young lady at the counter at 9:50am (dark hair and complection maybe with glasses) was very rude. Her attitude is not something I am going to pay to experience and I will never go here again. Zou Zou's is just a minute further into Chelsea, they have better coffee and food and staff that knows how to be polite.
It was all good but the price they are expensive but delicious didn't eat there just had copies but really good

If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I had to wait two hours right outside their front door, because I had car problems. About 100 people passed me by, and only 1 worker asked if I needed help. My Mother passed away a few months ago, my Father is seriously ill. I care for him 120 hours a week. I could have used compassion, I could have used understanding...I received none of that.
I had a snowball freeze. It had good flavor, but the last 1/3 was undeniable because it was mostly air. So sorry our Sterling Heights Biggby closed since they were the only location in area who could make a good, totally drinkable freeze.
