This location is always under staffed which means slow service and the girls have to work twice as hard making the quality of the drinks very low. My husband and I both got frozen coffees and it is horribly watered down. Not impressed!!

Espresso machine is always broken. If it's not that that's broken it's something else...like there card readers. Or their lobby is shut. The line always moves extremely slow even if there's only 2 cars. Sucks this is the only drive through coffee in Cedar.

Great job from the Sunday crew. Loved the fast friendly service. The best part was the upbeat energy from the (nothing but big smiles) ladies at the service counter. Keep up the good work ladies. And HEY management! GIVE THESE LADIES A 10% RAISE. THEY DESERVE IT😃😀

They put their regular customers before new customers I ordered my drink and food and stood their for 5 minutes and a regular came in they stopped my order to make this persons order and take their payment than continued on mine the poor customer service is ridiculous

Multiple times. But this time I waited 15 minutes to get my coffee that they messed up. And made all decaf. Told them it was half decaf she literally went around the corner and can’t back with same coffee and played it off as regular :/. It wasn’t because it was burnt. Happens every time!!

Glad to see they are hiring special needs people but they also need regular people to help them. 45 minutes to get your order even taken with only 4 people in front line on the inside is ridiculous

If there are 4 cars in front of you, it will take approximately 30 minutes. I timed it today. Check your order once received at the window, otherwise you will regret it later...especially after wait

This location was amazing when it opened. No longer so. Service has continued to go down over the past two years. We dealt with the rudeness and slow service due to order accuracy that another location couldn’t produce. After the most recent order, we will no longer be visiting this location. Food allergies add to the necessity for the items ordered to match what is received. These are blatant errors that even those without food sensitivities would notice. Paying extra for extra cream cheese and receiving no cream cheese. Ordering a sandwich without meat, arriving with meat. Ordering a drink hot and it being prepared frozen. The most recent was ordering a hot chocolate and receiving ice and milk. No chocolate/brown whatsoever. We’ve spoken with management and communicated with corporate and neither have generated any improvements. Tired of throwing away money to unsafe food items and incorrectly prepared items.
