I love biggby and coming through to get my coffee here
If you have time just go to Einsteins . They can't even toast a bagel properly then the other half the time they'll forget your ham or cheese on the breakfast sandwiches. Then just not care at all about it not apologize or nothing great service. Ever 2 or 3 orders you make they mess up.

I ordered a drink and it was full of espresso grounds. They were quick to remake it but the second one had grounds too.

I waited 20 min for 2 drinks. By the time I got to the window, there was a gentleman just standing there, teaching someone. There were about 5 to 6 drinks just sitting there, waiting to be handed out of the window, and it took about five minutes before they even came to the window to ask for my payment. One drink was supposed to have whipped topping, there was no whip topping, and my drink didn’t taste right. You can tell it was sitting there for a while. The only positive about this trip was the staff was very friendly, however, not apologetic for my extremely long wait time. I will not come back to this location, especially if you’re in a rush. It’s not worth waiting. 20 minutes for two luke warm drinks.
Closest coffee spot to my work so I decided to try it out the other day and won't be back. Messed up our order and the young lady working the drive through was rude. Expensive drinks for what I expected. Tim Hortons is down the street save yourself the disappointment

Rude employees had a fault with thier system. We went amd sat down and they yelled out in front of everyone. YOUR CARD DIDN'T WORK.
Drive thru is super convenient, reasonably fast.
The girls know my order by heart. It's so easy to go and say who I am and they know exactly what to get for me. However, my bagels are hard sometimes but it's a small mishap I overlook as the girls in there are awesome.
Bought a breakfast sandwich and one of the smoothie like drinks. The sandwich was just ok, the drink was terrible. After a short time the ingredients separated and gave off a bad smell. I wouldn't ever go back.
Customer service customer service customer service. Always sweet and kind and the drinks are phenomenal. Good job Canton biggby.
