Wow I never thought the day would come that I would say I found a better coffee place than Starbucks but I really love their coffee!

I love coming here! I love the convince of the set up and the delicious coffee. I’ve definitely switched from Starbucks to Scooters for my caffeine addiction. The staff is wonderful and just great customer service all around 🙂
Over and under. Over priced and underwhelming.
I ordered the blended Caramel drink and the drink was filled with huge chunks of ice. The drink was already separated when I recieved it, that's how poorly blended the beverage was prepared. Every sip was a struggle. On a day when I needed a pick me up, this was a huge $7 let down. I'm still looking at the largest ice chunks almost 2 hours later.
I am so incredibly impressed by this new Scooters in Burton — everything from the customer service to the absolutely delicious coffee, food & treats was TOP NOTCH. The whole experience was so friendly & inviting — which also made the car ride with two young kiddos (& a puppy) so enjoyable, too. :) Hands down highly recommend!!!

Came through for a Red Bull drink which was great. Got the spicy burrito and it was not good at all very soggy wasn’t edible.
I stopped ordering coffee by size a long time ago cuz different coffee shops have different sizes for different ounces. Some places a 16 oz are they small some places that's the medium. I specifically like 16 oz lattes so I specifically ordered a 16 oz latte. I when she handed it to me through the window it looked short but it did kind of seem like a wider cup so I specifically asked is this a 16 oz.? And she said yes it is. So I pulled away and after I got down the road and got to my destination I looked at the bottom just to see cuz it just didn't seem like a 16 oz. And it was not it was a 12 oz. So they don't know what they're doing. They don't check to see if they know what they're doing when they're not sure of what they're doing. The coffee itself was okay not as good as Starbucks. However that could be because the ratios are different in the different size coffees and I normally always get a 16 oz so it was not apples to apples. also she handed me a thing to sign up for the app and said I could order on the app next time. I asked where I would pick up my coffee if I ordered on the app. And she said you just get in line and tell us at the The speaker that you ordered online already. That totally defeats the purpose of ordering online. If I still have to wait in line with the people who didn't order online. When I order at Starbucks on my app I walk in grab my coffee from the counter and walk out I'm in and out in 30 seconds that is the benefit of ordering online. If I have to sit in line anyway it makes no sense to order online. I doubt I'll come back here unless it's the only place open and I'm really Jones and for a coffee.
Such fast coffee and always a smiling face at the drive through window. 5 Stars! Happy we got new coffee shop in town!
