My boyfriend and I went here on our way home and everyone was really nice. We spilled our coffee all over ourselves and they made us another one which we weren’t expecting and really appreciated. :)
The service is great, and the variety of energizing drinks is perfect for people that are not a huge fan of coffee but are looking for some caffeine. My favorite is the new tropic drink!
Girl with blue hair has an absolute terrible attitude. Had to repeat order three times, she just couldn’t get it right. With a look of disgust she told me that she read back the order. I’m sorry for existing and next time I will just skip over this place instead of being looked down upon by the likes of her. You should just keep on trucking yourself have a nice day!
Best drinks around super nonchalant professional attitudes, CHILL BARISTAS , and really good coffee, my favorite drink is the redbull infused freeze, 9/10 would recommend everytime you go there
I've been coming here almost every day for a couple months since I got a new job. Best breakfast combo (24oz Flavor Brew, Turkey Havarti on Ciabatta, and a Coffee Cake Muffin) Service is great and everyone is polite.
Great coffee, great service, great people! Better than Starbucks on price and taste! Will be back!

I absolutely love coming here! Not only is their Mermaid mocktail amazing but the girls who work there are just as amazing! I know literally all of them and they always seem to make my day better when I get a drink from here! You should definitely come get a drink from these ladies asap!! ♡
My husband and I go-to bigbys every morning and sometimes before I head into work. The service is top notch and I just love seeing all the smiling faces. I have had the privilege of getting to know several of the batista. I wouldn't start my day off any other way

If you aren’t stopping at this Biggby you are missing out!!! The owners Elliott and Stacey are very sociable and fun, they always go above and beyond to make your Biggby experience everything you want and more! They are so caring and always bless different people and local companies with coffee to show customer appreciation! My favorite is the mint mocha and every time I get one from this location it always hits the spot!! If you are in the area or passing by I highly recommend supporting the Bridgman biggby!!!

I like the customer service and I love the products but I visit frequently, every time I come I pay with my card. The cashier she sticks out the card reader for you to swipe which I find kinda unsafe with everything that’s going on in the world (germs and all) and then she watches you to see if your going to leave a tip, which is so much pressure because we should have a choice lol so now instead of me paying for my order im touching a germy card reader and paying $2 extra for a tip. I don’t like that. But I love the product and location.
10/10 would always recommend everyone here is amazing and super friendly! The coffee is even better !!
Best Biggby I've ever been to! I placed a large order with a variety of custom drinks and bragels for me and my kids and they quickly nailed it all! The employees were happy to serve me and the drinks and bragels were delicious!
Best coffee around the area. Baristas are super helpful when I can’t decide what I’m craving. The brown sugar latte is wonderful with the sweet foam and it pairs good with a bagel.
We had the privilege of working for them and highly recommend you to give Biggby Coffee a chance. Their drinks are perfect and the staff friendly and inviting.
