I just love this Place! It’s the Boyne City morel festival and this special had sautéed morels topping soft scramble eggs, potatoes with a morel béchamel.

The food is absolutely mind blowing, will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious meal! They were great with substitution due to allergies too!

UPDATE: it’s still awful. Still can’t cook eggs. They can’t cook eggs.

One of the best omelette’s I’ve had in a long time, the rye toast was also top notch. A little pricey for a diner style breakfast, but overall worth it!

The first time I ate at this place it was wonderful. I went back to it last Monday. It was 2:20 in the afternoon and they closed at 3:00 p m. But for some reason, they were not open. I was very disappointed. And there was no sign on the door stating why they closed early. I am a handicapped person and all of the parking places in front of the restaurant were taken. So I had to park around the corner. Which for me is a very long walk and a very painful walk. So by the time I got there it was 2:20pm, and it was pitch black, and they were locked. And like I said, there was no sign on the door as to why they closed early. I was very disappointed. And I don't even live there. I come all the way from kalkaska to see my parents. And I was hoping to get a good meal again. But as you see that did not turn out well for us.

The staff was friendly. Food was great! Stuffed hash browns were awesome!

Great little place for breakfast. The food was fantastic! Perfect poached eggs for the whole table. Great mimosa and bloody Mary too! Would highly recommend! Can't wait to get back and try lunch too

Nothing special. Food was very average if not a bit of the bland side.

Owner and staff are rude. If you have never been there before, even though you have been waiting 45+minutes and someone walks up who has been there before they will seat them before you. Very unprofessional place. Would bit recommend.

While in Boyne City for a reunion, ate at Sunnyside twice for breakfast. Great menu, service and food. Will definitely eat there again when we make it back to Boyne.

A great option for a Sunday morning brunch. Friendly hospitality, Northern Michigan culture, and excellent food prepared by those in the back.

Breakfast is good here, it is a nice place but it's very expensive. Just two of us and breakfast was $50.00.

We are a party of 11 and made a walk in reservation. Host said there is 30 min waiting time and took the phone number. We waited about 45 min near by and recieved no call. We checked in to know about the status. Host said they are out of food and closing soon cannot accept our paty. And, host also said they are not calling anymore waiting list. I understand about the situation of food running out but shouldn’t they call and let the waiting list know? It is not at all acceptable in my opinion. We were starving and hoping to get a reservation and after all 45 min waiting to hear sad news.
