I never complain however this time I have to say something. We got our regular stuff we get every day...yes every day and it was off...meaning not right however we were already on the freeway by the time I noticed. I mentioned it to Manger/ owner the next day hoping she would take care of this. Although she remembered us fully even to the point that we slightly changed order she wouldn't do anything for us not even a slight rub. She said " All I can do is apologize but it was made right I watched it done myself ". We spend a minimum of $11.00 a day so minimum $77.00 a week x 52 weeks which is over $4000 a year...really over a $11 order? I tried to continue going there the next few days however...sorry That's okay....we will take our buisness somewhere else just out of principle because she still had opportunities to fix it seeing our faces again and again. We personally will never return to Birchrun biggby. We will go out of our way to Frankenmuth, Clio, Davison or other locations.

Wow! This is an excellent Biggby! By far, it’s the best one in the area. The coffee is delicious, but what truly stands out to me is how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff are. They are so SO nice, and really seem to have the customer’s best interest in mind. Always a great experience here! Conveniently located almost in the parking lot of Meijer, too! Plus, the actual building is super cool looking. A+ all around.

Customer service is usually a hundred percent on spot with bigbys I love the fact that bigby's let you use multiple coupons at a time and you still get to earn points towards free drinks even using That's one of my favorite features of these the prices are okay summer little high but still okay and way better than Starbucks anytime Ever since I went into my first Bigby I have not step foot back into a Starbucks since Me and my girlfriend actually considered trying to franchise one We stop at biggby anywhere we can whenever we're on road trips
as a worker i can honestly say this is the best and most cleanly place to eat and drink in town

This is one of the best Biggby’s I’ve ever been to. Our drinks were well made, fully blended, and delicious! The individuals working were friendly and efficient. Bravo!
Love picking up my coffee in the morning. The morning staff is so friendly. I want to commend the manager on the great staff. They have even remember my dog’s name. He loves them too! No other restaurant makes me feel so welcome.
