We tried this place on the recommendation of friends, and found our new breakfast place! Just enough variety in breakfast offerings, and tasty. Might be a little slow during busy season though.
Been trying to order a coffee cup from this place since last fall. Whoever answered the phone said they expected to have them by Memorial Day. We'll see.
Music volume and ambience are excellent, they are definitely serving their clients. Food was GREAT. Get the Holy Camoley you will not be sorry. Country gravy is also EXCELLENT! Over all a great experience for breakfast, will be back. Joined the empty plate club!

Cozy little bistro with nice menu options and many coffee choices. It also has an outdoor dining area and is walking distance to Crystal Lake and shopping.
Lovely place. I was in there 2 days ago, there was one woman working the front and i bought a matcha lemonade, she had never made one before and it was the best i’ve ever had. thanks so much!
Good place, food is excellent and is mostly self serve. I would recommend stopping if you are hungry.
Cute shop!! Definitely a cool place to crab a quick bite or a coffee. The service was super friendly! The environment was calming and made you feel like you could spend the whole day there! If I find myself in Beluah again I will 100% be stopping!!
Excellent seasoning in the sausage and gravy. Perfect biscuits and pancakes. Plenty of options for soups and sandwiches. Everything we ordered was perfectly salted and not greasy at all. Great coffee with lots of options for fancy hot drinks. Food orders take 30-40 mins due to extremely short staff, but worth the wait.

One of the better Spots, It's no "Lighthouse Cafe" (FrankFrort-Frankfort Ave), but till The lighthouse opens on Wednesday, it will do just fine for a travelers breakfast. The toast was the memorable thing for me, Meh... Fat Matt
I am giving a 5 star review on the coffee! Our first stop every time we vacation up north is here for a sleeping bear latte. Highly recommend! It has vanilla, honey, and cinnamon. Their other flavors are great as well! We don’t normally get food here but they also serve some yummy icecream and baked goods.
Amazing Food, Amazing people, Amazing service, Truly an amazing place to go to chill or hangout or get a bite to eat, and a coffee to go! Love this place with every piece of my heart.
Great coffee and atmosphere. I got a mocha frappe and my husband got an iced sleeping bear latte and we had them finished before we even left, they were so good!!
Placed order and was told half hour until food would be ready. No problem, plenty of small shops around to check out. Came back 30 minutes later and told less than 10 minutes, no big deal. 30 minutes later (one hour total since order placed) and food is ready, get food and go. Get back to hotel and one of our meals was not in the bag, called Ursa to let them know. Woman on phone very rude, insists she put in in our order and that something must have happened to it. Really surprised by this response but explain we really do not have an order of French toast in our bag. Woman on phone asks for name of order, realizes she was thinking about a different order for the French toast she saw. Responds with, so do you want me to credit it or do you want us to put it back in and you can pick it up? Credit please, we will find somewhere else for breakfast next time. ***After response from owner, I'd like to state that on the phone call they offered to only refund the one, this was news to me. At the time of this posting, 8 hours after the owners response my account shows a $16.25 return on my $72.19 bill which included a 25% tip that I paid prior to receiving my food. Not upset about the refund. I'm upset about being called a liar about the whole thing.
Good coffee and friendly service. Like all industries these days, they suffer from understaffing, which makes for longer wait times, so I have not yet eaten there, but I love the Sleeping Bear Latte! Highly recommend it.
Great Food. The sassy chicken sandwich was outstanding. While they warned us of a wait (due to limited staff), it turned out the wait was what anyone would expect. Will be back
Cute local place with a seriously long wait. Like LONG. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes after ordering & paying. Then we asked for a refund and left. We are on a road trip and didn’t have that much time to spare, we ended up eating snacks in the car and ravenously wolfed down Wendy’s a few towns later… by the way Wendy’s only took 6 minutes to prepare my custom burger, and that was with the cashier training someone!
I was only able to try this cafe once, and didn't get food. The coffee I tried was wonderful and my wife loved her cold brew on ice. The food choices looked unique and amazing as well as the ice cream options. I will try and grab lunch here next time I am up that way!
How can a coffee shop have such terrible coffee? I had to dump it. They are short staffed so it's mostly self serve but they still expect a tip at the register when you prepay for your food. Why would you tip for self service of food you haven't even seen yet? The food was ok. Not great, but ok. The outside seating was wonderful as long as you could score a real chair instead of the loungers that left you far from the table and your food. I don't think this was an experience I'll be repeating. There HAS to be a better experience than this.
