I had a home made brownie, yum. I also bought a bag of Freedom Hill Coffee. Veteran owned and roasted locally in Bellaire, Mi. Please support our local businesses.

An amazing coffee shop! The decor is charming and inviting. All your favorite coffee drinks, and a variety of pastries and even have a few breakfast sandwiches. Everything was delicious! We picked up a bag of whole bean fresh roasted coffee. Be sure to stop in when driving by!

Christina and Alan are wonderful ginuine people. The coffee is great and so is the food. I love stopping there after dropping my daughter off at school and chatting with Christina. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Perfect place to bring your family young and old. The boba drinks are out of this world.

Tried this place this morning while on vacation. Carmel apple latte was gross. Pumpkin cold brew was gross. Bagel was cold. Very overpriced. Wont be back.

My partner and I spent 3 days visiting Bellaire and our time here wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for M88 Morning Grind! The staff was lovely, welcoming and kind. They truly made it feel like home. We loved watching all the locals on the different days gather for their group meet-ups, cyclists stopping in for their coffee pit stop, and the veterans that came in for their daily coffee. The coffee was superb! Pastries were fabulous and the sandwiches were great! It was so sad for us to leave and was glad I got some goodbye hugs from one of the ladies there! I love the little community that they created here in Bellaire and my partner and I will be sure to come back! Thank you for everything!

The $7 ham egg and cheese "everything bagel" is soggy untoasted and bland as can be. The coffee is about the same as McDonald's or the gas station. As a local I won't return. I recommend Ruthann's gourmet bakery.
