I walked in and ordered using a card. The cashier woman actually snickered when I couldn't figure out their machine for swiping my card and she was too busy talking with other staff to help me out. Felt pretty unhappy with how I was treated.

They are all always friendly and helpful. I love when I struggle deciding and they're so patient and may even suggest something. The food is best served here compared to any other branches. They have milk alternatives and no sugar options perfect for everyone. I wish they'd always have jalapeno cheddar bagels because those are my most favorite ones.
I agree with @Dan Holmes' comment above. The tables should be cleaned daily, at least the start of shift. I requested the table to be cleaned (around 730am) and the barrista gave me an eye roll like I was asking for spare change! Sworn never to set foot in there again!

Love that the staff is well versed in what is available and what is not. Went for a special shark week drink and was happy with the service and staff.
Was in town on business and stopped shortly after they opened in the morning. I wanted an iced coffee with 3 cream and it was like the barista put one drip of cream and was done. I asked for some more cream on the side and she made a big deal about it. That being said, the coffee still tasted too strong for me. I will not go back to this location the next time I am in Allendale.
Every stop into this Biggby has been good. Kind workers and quick service to top it off.
Every once in a while (at least once daily?) come out from behind the counter and CLEAN THE CHAIRS, TABLES & DINING AREA. Mostly, the staff here hide in the backroom. I've also twice had my drink made with whip when I asked for none. Honestly, just drive a few miles down the road to Starbucks, you'll be happier.

I had the hot Carmel coffee. I really love it better than Starbucks caramel macchiato.
This is my second time picking up an order from here with about a month separation between them and the grubhub tablet wasn't working the first time and still isn't working.
