Best lattes, breakfast sandwiches, and muffins in the area. I hopped around trying other places and I ended up coming back here
I have been coming here over a year, have never had a bad experience. We always come in our order is already being prepared! Love this place
This is one of the cutest coffee shops I've been in recently. They have breakfast and brunch options as well as tons of espresso and coffee options. The decor is antique meets old world Italy. They also have quite a few bagged tea options like ashwagandha, changa and cordyceps, peach with ginger, blackberry, strawberry, and so many more. There is a shelf with home made jams and drink mixes. The vibe was high in this place. I loved it. 😍
Such an great coffee shop! I've been many times and enjoyed it quite a lot. I've moved away now and I really miss it.
I always keep my order simple, an iced americano. One of the best coffees I’ve had! So rich and flavorful.
Coffee (great deal for the quality), breakfast sandwiches, music selection, and ambience all top notch.
This place is a real gem. Some of the best coffee you can find in Boston. Guy that works there or owns it is honestly everything that this city needs. Polite, patient, and really helpful. He even offered to show my wife and me how to make coffee ourselves. We will be back for sure! Thank you!
Honestly some of the best customer service & best iced mochas I've ever had. Just left and already excited to come back! Thanks so much!
Update: highly recommend: we finally got to try ‘Peter’s Coffee Lab’ pour over and Syphon coffee. Syphon coffee is so cool to watch. Peter’s Dad is the king of coffee knowledge! They also sell in house roasted coffee beans and selection of tea. Everything is so good- we love the breakfast sandwich on croissant, butter rum muffin, and salmon sandwich. Salad and lunch sandwiches are very good as well. I want to publicly thank Peter for these little joys for my family during the pandemic (perfect coffee and food that stay yummy until we get home!) and creating a community where people feel known and appreciated. Review 4 yrs ago: Awesome coffee. Love 'Peter's special' matcha latte w a shot of espresso.
Some of the best coffee I've ever had. A nice owner run business with great attention to quality.
Best coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the boston area
nice place, quite unique in the area..!!
The best Iced Mocha Latte I've ever had! The line was worth the wait.
I admit, I was in a terrible mood when I was on my way to a Dunks. Then I saw the sign for this coffee shop and decided to take a few extra steps to check it out. I'm really glad I did! As soon as I walked inside, I was enveloped in the soothing sounds of Christmas music and an extremely chill vibe, which was made even better as I scanned the shop for their decorations and products. As I stood in line, I eventually decided on a smoked salmon bagel and a matcha latte. Both were really good, but I have to express how much I enjoyed that latte! It was so smooth, light, and overall pleasant. I definitely recommend it!
Attention to detail is a strong suit here. The space is artfully designed and very comfortable to spend a few hours in. It is small, and incredibly cozy. Seating fits about ~22, with 4 seats usually outside (covered). Peter is wonderfully kind, efficient, and works through the line with ease. He cares about his customers, and is here most every day they’re open. Specialty coffees (turkish cold brew, single origin beans for pour over), and breakfast sandwiches are available until 12pm. Baked goods are made in house and taste great. Sandwiches are somewhat basic, but always tasty and thoughtfully constructed. When I don’t have Peter’s coffee in the morning, I miss it! I stop in whenever I can for the his delicious brew, his kind demeanor, and his wife’s perfect chive and cheddar scones. They run an excellent business that I am happy to support.
By far the best place for coffee. I have ever experienced. The choices of drinks alone makes this place awsome
Instantly my favorite in the area from the first second I walked in. The aroma of coffee, the setup of Peter’s coffee lab, the accessories that are rare to find outside, the super nice staffs, a heaven for coffee lovers. I couldn’t decide between hot or ice so I ordered both, both are so good! The only thing I hesitated is that the location is a bit awkward, it’s hard to turn left in front of the store, but I’ll come back as often as possible no matter what.
One of the staff at the Jensen Center pointed us toward Boston King Coffee as a great spot for lunch, and we were not disappointed. Sandwiches are freshly made and delicious, and the service is warm and friendly. I would definitely go back on any future trip to Woburn.
Yep, you walk in here for the first time and within 5 seconds you know you’ll leave happy: the smell of coffee, the ambiance, the soothing music. Then you look around and see someone’s making cold brew in a massively complex contraption, and measures single doses for a grinder, and you know you have one of these phenomenally obsessed coffee lovers working away. You get to the counter and someone smiles as they take your order. Finally, you sip your coffee and - ah! This is a coffee sanctuary to start the morning in a way that tells you: today will be a good day.
As others have said, Boston King takes care in their work. The muffins are fresh-baked and delicious, the bagels are made on-site and toasted just right, and the coffee is good. I'd recommend springing for the pour-over or syphon options for the coffee, the difference is really worth the extra money. Their sandwiches are good. Nothing that's blown my mind, but it's a great sandwich. Their latte drinks are okay, not their strongest suit. They also put a very light amount of cream cheese on their bagels, so make sure to ask for extra.
