Best cheese danish I ever had. Would go back just for that. But the other food was great too, as was the coffee.
Have been coming here for years, always has good food options and great coffee. Convivial atmosphere with comfy chairs for chilling out
Great service
Love the village cafe! Great sandwiches, wraps, and baked goods. Very kid friendly. We go there all the time- in the nice months you can sit outside. Indoors is great too, a really nice atmosphere. Only thing is I would love more coffee options for brewed flavored coffee. But we love it here; definitely go!
My family and I have been going here for years. It’s a great place to grab a bite to eat and some coffee. The coffee flavors are great and the food is solid. Highly recommend
Best turkey club sandwich around
Overall, 5 stars for everything. The atmosphere, the service, the food and drink options. It's a really nice place to meet up with someone over breakfast and lunch, or enjoy by yourself. I thoroughly enjoy the effort that had been made on the interior design and atmosphere. On multiple occasions, I've appreciated the staff's exceptional service. If I were to nitpick, I'd say the coffee quality and experience has room for improvement. I have a really high bar for coffee quality though, so it likely won't even phase most customers who drink the coffee here. Admittedly though, I am of the humble opinion that a place as lovely as The Village Cafe should have coffee to match the occasion.
Have only ordered online and over the phone. Everything has been great and one time they messed up the order and gave an extra sandwich and cookie as an apology even though the just doubled up on a sandwich. Tasty sandwiches for lunch with a good selection of items to choose from. Great local favorite!
This place has the best lattes in the world. But, they are very pricey which is why I’m generously giving 4 stars. It came out to $9 for a large iced chai latte with oat milk, which is probably one of the priciest I’ve paid. I like to think of myself as a latte connoisseur, but I can’t continue to buy their lattes at the steep price that they are
A great local place for lunch. The kids love it. It's my daughter's favorite place to get tuna fish sandwiches
Fantastic pastry and sandwiches
I have been here multiple times and at first it was my favorite cafe in the area. The past 5 times I have been here, the food is good but the lattes are trash. When asked about it, the owner said he premakes the espresso so he can be faster during the lunch rush. That defeats the purpose because the latte looses all the strength since the espresso is diluted. So your paying for a latte but getting a watered down coffee. This is not a fast food restaurant, waiting for a latte is normal. Especially if you are PAYING for it
Excellent breakfast burrito, coffee roll and literally the BEST cup of Jamocha coffee I have ever had!!
Quaint atmosphere, food and coffee good, some home made. Nice customer service. It's okay
Most of the time the food is pretty good, but I have had multiple instances of my salads/sandwiches being inedible. I’m not sure what is going on but there have been chunks of ice in the salad container along with mushy, rotting lettuce. I ordered a chicken salad wrap once and there was legit mold in it that I didn’t discover until I bit into it. If you order items that are popular, it seems you’re in the clear but anything else and you might get moldy, rotting produce.
Not as good as it used to be..
good little hole in the wall coffee shop
Great spot for a bite.
Witnessed staff completely disregard a customer after they had messed up her order/didn’t even have it then moved on to other customers before resolving the issue. Definitely need some customer service training. Mediocre food for a sky high price, this place isn’t even worth the one star I have to give in all honesty.
They've got good coffee and a nice environment.
