Customer service has always been great. Coffee is great whenever I order a large. It’s not always as great when I order smaller sizes but it is still good.

The girls here are super nice & they always make my order perfect!
Everytime I go to the drive-thru and give them my order they seem to mess it up. I tell them a large minty Lou with extra mint and whip cream and they never give me extra mint and never put the whip cream back. I would say maybe they couldn't hear my order, but when you read back my order before I pull up and still get it wrong.
