One of the nicest and most cozy cafes that I know of. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere from both the decorations, and the wonderful lady that serves you. Without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met in customer service. The food comes out fast even when there are 10 other customers ahead of you, and is well made. The menu actually has a decent range, and the deserts are definitely worth it. Definitely a place to enjoy a summer lunch with a date outside on the tables, or to meet with a friend to catch up.
Everyone was so so sweet. The food/coffee was delicious and the service was top notch. I felt like they knew who I was and my whole life story. Felt so good to be in such a welcoming environment. I will for sure be returning.

Good place, very nice clean atmosphere, the murals and paintings are great. Service was friendly, like walking into a little Italian home. ¡Me gusta mucho! La atmósfera fue limpia, y las pinturas parecen tan reales. El servicio fue maravilloso, la camarera nos pedía nuestro orden, y cocinaba algo un poco especial.
I went to Palazzo Cafe and got a panini some cheesecake and a pumpkin flavored cake it was outstanding definitely would recommend
What a gem! I wasn’t expecting much, just glad to find something that wasn’t a chain shop. Was bowled over by the genuine Love and kindness the family of owners shares with everyone who walks in the door. Serious good vibes permeating the whole place this morning. Grateful for a pick-me-up more powerful than coffee.

Had business downtown today and I made it a point to stop here as always. Luisa and her staff were great, the breakfast sandwich great and the chocolate pastry delicious. Stop in.

Great place . Came back from Europe and this place feels like I never left. Sil is sweet , gave an extra piece of bread with soup. Like a good mom!
Great sandwiches, paninis and wraps! They also have much more like coffee, expresso and cappuccinos. The owners are always working there along with the staff and they are all very friendly. I've gone there to eat many times and it's always a great consistent experience.
I have been going here for many years now for morning coffee and a muffin and also many times for lunch. The service is always excellent as well as the food. You always feel welcomed by their staff, Silvana and the owner Luisa and they work very hard to make this the best place to go. They have won The Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau Howdy Award for great service and it was well deserved!!

We loved this cafe. A few of us went to lunch and had amazing food along with great customer service. We love small business and appreciated the awesome customer service from the owner and staff. Great cappuccino and sandwiches...A must when downtown Springfield, Ma.

A wonderful staff operates this cafe. You can expect good coffee and great food. You get your money's worth. The staff made my day and diffused some bad moods I was in. Absolutely the best.
