The gelato here is top notch. Rotating flavors, so there is always something exciting. Ended up with pistachio for one and chocolate/espresso for the other.

I always go to my favorite ice cream shop in Hyannis, but when I discovered Caffe Gelato Bertini in South Yarmouth, it was like heaven to me. I go every other day now with my family. My husband loves the difference Favours so much. Patricia is very knowledgeable and seems to adorn what she is doing. The art of making all these different Favours is incredible, the texture, and taste is unexplainable. Awesome people. Great service. Thanks.

Magnificent Gelato! The Best on Cape Cod!! Unlike any other ice cream. It’s so rich and smooth. Fresh, classic gelato straight from Italy. Owners are sweet and gelato is authentic. What an amazing treat we had. All flavors are delicious but my personal favorite is the nocciola and the vegan dark chocolate. They also have great espresso.
Small place and off the beaten path but definitely worth going out of the way to find. The rotten kid loved it and he's apparently into things Italian plus it definitely reminded me of the taste of authentic gelato from when I was a kid living in Italy back in the 60s. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Blood orange and the citrus ricotta (which I forgot the name of) were delicious, but servings were pitiful, half the bottom of the cup was air and only like 4 tablespoons of 2nd flavor - like 1/3 of a scoop.
Staff was very nice. Gelato was very good. If you like Gelato try it here

Great little spot for gelato! A nice change from the traditional American ice cream that’s on every block of the cape. I had a pistachio & raspberry combo in a waffle cone, and all was wonderful.
It is interesting how you can get so amazingly surprised when you less expect it… After a hot beach day in Cape Cod, we were looking for a nice place we could enjoy gelato, and since last time we tried something in the area and we didn’t like it at all, I didn’t hope to find something very good. But from a local recommendation, I ended up entering this little cute and so welcoming cafe. My kids fell asleep in the car, and I ordered everything in to go containers, the ladies there were very helpful and patiently advised me on the flavors, I could have as many samples as I wanted, therefore I was able to mix and match for all tastes. It was a delicious gelato and both kids and adults enjoyed it. The only problem, was that after eating Bertini gelato, none we tried on our trip, didn’t fulfill our tastes anymore 😃 Whenever in Cape Cod, totally worth a visit to this yummy spot😋
Great place near the Bass River for a gelato. Ownership has changed and they continue to keep this summertime location going. The gelato is a great as is their non-dairy varieties.

One of my favorite places on cape cod (as a local). They have new flavors all the time and they always look and taste INCREDIBLE. The two women who run the place are also very friendly and welcoming. Go here!!!
