Nice lunch sandwiches and drinks
Amazing drinks and snacks, directly on the beach
An unexpected gem. The food is truly excellent, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. As someone with allergies, I really appreciate this so much. You can tell gluten-free options aren't an after thought, but something they actively strive to include for their customers. The coffee specials are also awesome- I've had an espresso & tonic before and I love them, but you rarely see them on a menu. The espresso & coconut water drink is another special find and it's what I chose- refreshing and just sweet enough. I love that they use honey and cinnamon instead of only sugar. They are clearly health conscious and also their food tastes like real, home-cooked healthy (and not boring) food. Not many restaurants can make that work, but they do! Yum yum yum. Would come back to Salisbury just for this place!

Healthy food cool location on Salisbury Beach.
Highly recommend if you are in the area. Great for breakfast or lunch. Right on the beach and very friendly. Fun, creative coffee drinks that don’t necessarily have to be super sweet. I tried the iced coffee with cinnamon and coconut water. Gluten free burritos, bagel sandwiches and fruit bowls.
On a boardwalk filled with pizza and fried food it’s so great to have a delicious and fresh option
This place is pretty much the whole reason why I go to Salisbury beach. The food, smoothies, and coffee are all incredible. They have great and friendly staff that work really hard. The sad part is their popularity does create some long wait times every now and again but with the online order you can sit and enjoy the beach while you wait :) such and incredible spot! highly recommend making this your breakfast pick up instead of grabbing dunkin before the beach!
This is my second year coming to stay in the area, this time I made a special trip just to enjoy the food here ar Ground Swell. Lovely big portions of delicious healthy food.
One of my favorite places down the beach! I always get an Acai bowl, always packed full of fresh fruits! They have other brekkie foods too and a great selection of coffees! Best way to start a beach day and such a cool vibe. They have live music outside in the mornings on the beach. I highly recommend stopping by this spot if you're going to Salisbury Beach!
Love going here !!! Perfect place for a coffee with a view. My favorite thing is the bowls, and the online ordering makes it easier for days I want it when I have to head to work
Good coffee on the beach!
GroundSwell is the perfect place to grab start your morning at the beach. The fun and funky vibe is casual, comfortable and welcoming. The coffee options are varies and delicious and the food menu had something for everyone with inventive sandwiches and breakfast options. And best of all is getting to literally put your feet in the sand and watch the waves crash while enjoying your brew.

We beat the new hrs they have due to season ending. We ordered the grilled sandwich 🥪, cubano sandwich 🥪, and I think a surf something sandwich 🥪 😆! All good after a 1 hrs walk along the rough surf 🏄♂️ we saw today! Hihhly recommend supporting local so Salisbury Beach can continue growing!!!

Great smoothies, Acai bowls, sandwiches, tacos, etc! Fresh, natural offerings - the only gluten free options on the beach!
