It just Not my type of coffee I like.
Was def disappointed with my iced coffee then was given a hit one and its was a waste of 4.50 and $1 tip for a med coffee

I have always and will always love Mary Lou's. Twix iced coffee is my go to.

I had a terrible experience. We ordered 4 drinks and all 3 were not drinkable. The biggest concern is we asked for a sugar free Red Bull as the person we were getting it for is diabetic. The person helping us proceeded to grab a regular redbull and use that and did not even use the sugar free syrup. We asked if that was sugar free as the can did not look to be the correct one. He assured us it was sugar free and we took him at his word. The drink was definitely not sugar free as the person who it was for nearly had a diabetic attack from it and needed to use insulin. This was the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had that I felt I needed to reach out. Especially if this was a food allergy to have such blatant disregard to making sure that something was sugar free or did not contain nuts is concerning. This was a really terrible experience and it just has ruined going to Marylous for me for the foreseeable future.

Visited this location on a Sunday late morning for the two large iced coffees I handed the woman at the register of $20 bill and she gave me change for a 10 then proceeded to argue with me about what I gave her I don't normally use cash but this particular day I so happen to have three 20 dollar bills and one five dollar bill in my pocket so I know for a fact that I gave her a 20 and the manager stepped in and said just leave your phone number and will call you if I draw is over totally unacceptable! If you decide to visit this location please keep an eye on your change from what I've heard this has happened before.

Best coffee experience you can have. They have a very experienced and knowledgeable staff that will help you if there is too much to choose from. I prefer an Iced Caramel Lou.

Everytime I go here, I order the same thing.. medium cinnamon hazelnut fluff ice coffee.. NOT ONCE WAS IT MADE RIGHT.. NEVER.. maybe these girls should be trained??? Just a thought...
