I went there on the mother's day morning to get a Newport sandwich which is supposed to have chicken chunks in it. When they gave me the sandwich, they didn't say anything and I was charged full price. When I checked my sandwich, there was no chicken in it. When I asked them about it they said "we ran out of chicken!!!!". First of all, why they didn't tell me when I ordered it. Secondly, why they didn't say anything when they gave me the sandwich?! Very unorganized! I was not offered any replacement or refund.

I have never had a drink from here that was not excellent. The coffee, ice tea and chiller style drinks are all top notch.

Awesomely happy and fun hidden slice of island vibe in land locked Northborough. Try to get the cooler space to get a frozen açaí and fresh fruit/ dried granola/ nut spreads bowl menu and I bet you’d have even more happy healthy beautiful customers lining up for a boost!

Found this place by luck when searching for coffee and trying to avoid the popular chains. As a Brazilian, I understand what a good coffee tastes like (sorry, Dunkin), and this place has amazing coffee and great ambiance.

I asked for something with espresso and coconut. They made me an iced coconut latte & it’s actually the best latte I’ve ever had. 10/10 Just wished they took Apple Pay 😜

Ambience is nice and lively! Small space with lot of beverage options! We got the raspberry latte which was nice and flavourful! But the food is a big disappointment! We got the flatbread! Horrible! They just heat up a frozen wheat base with some store bought prego marinara and canned toppings! Equally died appointment was the tomato soup! It was so thick with chunks of tomato and the taste felt pathetic! Overall wouldn’t visit back!

We visit Lala Java every time we vacation to MA. The drinks are always good. I was disappointed that they no longer use real peanut butter in their drinks. They use some kind of powder. The snickerchino doesn’t taste as good as it used to.

Not sure whats going on with quality control here but ordered a Cali Brunch sandwich and it was only a toasted bagel with 25% hummus and 75% salt. Had not noticed it until we got home. Wasted money.

First time + cold brew coffee was decent + asked for sandwich recommendation, received rec for The Venice - could be clearer to consumer where cup tops are for self service cold brew - very warm - no public Wi-Fi (I originally came here because it said "hot spot" on the sign and I thought it was a double entendre for Wi-Fi My sandwich was ok. I would have difficulty ordering another sandwich. + It was toasted beautifully + Cheese was gooey as promised - the other stuff in the sandwich was mostly in the middle, my bites were inconsistent with filling overall and it was pretty bland The interior is a little loud for my personal tastes but I don't include aesthetic into my review score because I had some visual and auditory sensitivity. One thing that made me sad was conflicting messages in the brand. No wi-fi implies you want me to leave but the sheer quantity of merchandise tells me you want me to stay long enough to buy something other than coffee. First impression-- 3 stars. It's good, but at this price point, I really want my food experience to stand out. Any recs on sandwiches would be appreciated for my second trip.

Definitely not worth the price. Charged 10 dollars for a speciality latte and then another 1.50 for an alternative milk. They also do not advertise prices so it’s always a surprise. The only good thing is the staff are excellent and super sweet.

Not sure why I'm doing so many reviews these last few days besides Google keeps asking me to review all the new places I have been sense moving. I must say we love this place, the atmosphere is great, small tables inside are nice, I have even gone in and work there for a few hours.. we also enjoy sitting outside enjoying their coffe and treats.
