I seen this place on tiktok so I wanted to try it while in the area with my puppy (their dog friendly). I got the Acai Bowl for myself and cappuccino for my step dad. The Acai Bowl was okay but not the best I’ve had. They do take a while to get your order so their not fast with it and the prices were little too much for their quality. Other then that their not bad but could do some decoration work on the place inside and outside.

My boyfriend and I both ordered a lavender latte. Couldn’t taste any lavender and the coffee tasted burnt. His breakfast sandwich came out late and barely toasted. They put 1 scrambled egg and 2 measly scraps of bacon on it, so it was mostly just bread and cheese. The açaí bowl was pretty good but there were bits that were still frozen, clearly pre prepared. Not worth the money we spent.

Been coming here pretty regularly for the past 2 years. Place has gone downhill in terms of service and quality of food. Last time I went the barista was extremely rude. She was arrogant and refused to talk when I asked if she could make my latte with a minor modification.

Awesome place to relax and enjoy being high!! The ambiance is absolutely enlightening. There's no way anyone could possibly leave this place feeling anything butt happy!!

The coffee is amazing, the fancy grilled cheese however is far from "fine" cuisine... Although it was yummy enough despite it's appearance

It’s a cute little place. They do server amazing coffee and breakfast wraps. During summers they also have outdoor seating. If you are working from home and would like to have some change in ambience, then this is the place. There are similar cafes in and around the lowell downtown area. They only have a street parking, it could get hard to find a spot over the weekend. There is a garage which could be used, they charge around $1-1.5/hr.

Usually very delicious sandwiches, coffee and cookies. I hate to say anything negative about a small business but this was my favorite cafe in the area for years and the overall experience over the past few months has been BAD. I am hoping they will see this review and make some changes. The typically delicious sandwiches are now lacking in quality and freshness. The sandwich bread and toppings have not been fresh. The meat seems like a lesser quality than it was before and they don’t put as much on. The cookies are stale. The young staff is generally rude for no reason. And if for any reason you are unhappy with your coffee that tastes like hmmm idk maybe the milk went bad?… well they will make you feel pretty uncomfortable before offering to make it again. Very sad because I love this place. Hopefully it is just temporary. I’ll try again soon and hope to update this review!

Dirty cafe & staff made a “mocha” with filter coffee instead of pulling a shot of espresso….

cute inside. will come here for my breakfast/lunch coffee and some food. sandwiches are a good size! only problem i have is the wasps when it's warm out. other than the wasp fear, a good place! also love the commissioned art in the bathroom; so cool!

I am very unimpressed by the young girls who staff this place. I thanked 1 girl like 5 times for wiping down a table for me when i asked, before getting the impression that she was just ignoring me. The only person who seemed happy to serve was the guy who came in later who gave me the key to the bathroom. This little spot could use some new staff members and a really thorough clean.

Nice local coffeehouse. Atmosphere was quaint. Drinks were excellent, but were served by a bunch of apathetic teenagers. They were obviously very good at their jobs but friendliness was a bit lacking. I mean, I wouldn't want to work at 8am on a Sunday either, but you've got to at least force a smile in customer service.

Drinks are 50/50, half the time someone makes it good. Half the time it’s watery or made wrong….. it is kinda almost worth the price (not really). I love small businesses, but Starbucks never misses for the same cost

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for about 1.5 years. I’m sad to be giving this review. Food and coffee are fine. It could sometimes be a miss with the coffee. But the customer service has come to a point that has made me feel uncomfortable to come in and should be unacceptable in any customer service based business. Firstly, they got my order wrong (which is okay, it happens). As I was communicating with the barista, a platinum blonde barista pushed 2 hot coffees and it spilled over the countertop. I tried to save it but it was too late. The freshly made hot coffee spilled over my hand and burned. She did not apologize. She didn’t say a word. A kind man came over and offered to help clean up. She didn’t respond to him. The barista I was communicating with made my coffee but it was still wrong (and tasted bad). I kindly asked if she could correct it again, which she did. I said “thanks” and she said “yeah”. A lot happened all at once, so I’m sure they were upset, which I understand. But this did not just affect me and my burned hand (which they didn’t apologize for) - it affected other individuals in the coffee shop. I hope that they take this as constructive criticism - to improve their customer service and not as a jab at their business. I’ve been a long supporter of Brew’d Awakening and introduced my friends to this location. However, after today I am disappointed in their customer service.

I just love this place :) hands down the best caramel iced latte I’ve ever had- I genuinely look forward to the one from here every week. The food is always amazing too. My partner is obsessed with their waffles and my memere loved the turkey sandwich called old major!!! The French toast bagel is *chefs kiss.* Thank you for all the hard work you guys do- it doesn’t go unappreciated!!! <3
