Very nice brunch place. Something for everyone-- eggs, not eggs, pastries, sandwiches, smoothies, coffees and juices.
Such a welcoming place! The customer service was awesome, the pastries and food were delicious, and the drinks were spectacular! Cute place with great presentation of pastries! I highly recommend this establishment!
Lovely little cafe in the center of Lenox with delicious salads, sandwiches and smoothies. Stop in for a quick coffee and treat or stay a little while for a cozy atmosphere. Wonderful and kind staff!
Great spot for a latte:)
limited seating. was going to get a mango smoothie but i asked if it was made with frozen/fresh mango and it was made with juice. for $8 i’d hope it was made with some form of actual mango
An absolutely amazing local coffee shop! Friendly and welcoming environment, with plenty of options to choose from! Coffee, tea, wine, plenty of bakery options to choose from!
Exactly what we were looking for the morning after a concert to see our favorite band Deer Tick. Cozy and warm in the sun with buttery chocolate croissants and cranberry muffins to die for. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant disappeared quickly. Plus they make authentic loose leaf tea. Make sure to grab a table quick!
Love a coffee store where I can get coffee and wine - caters for everyone and every occasion. Also learned many of their ingredients are locally sourced which is very cool. Had delicious Cuban and a home made roasted red pepper and Gouda soup with a glass of rosé and split it with partner who had a shot over ice. Perfect amount! Sitting outside was a plus too!
Obnoxious service. Paid to eat and was waiting and waiting. They kept on attending to others. When I inquired about my order, saw my tea in a dirty tea cup, and was sitting there getting cold and not served. When I inquired, the owner, a female started resorting to foul language and excuses on short on staff. Well they were serving all others. They charged me and was not bringing the sandwich. Another guest who was witnessing the drama commented on her coffee's temperature. She was already seated sipping on bad coffee. Rather than accommodating, the owner asked the patrons to get out of her cafe. Taking money from patrons and not providing services is unethical. I was charged $16.75. And she returned my $16 upon my insistence. Will never give business to this poor customer service and unethical business. Perhaps the cafe should have stayed closed if the owner was having a bad day. It is usually seasonal. Never get food from from restaurants with horrible energy.
Nice small place with great food. 👍
Small but cozy with many types of drinks and sandwiches options
comfortable- great snacks & choices- friendly
Don’t bother - coffee is awful and the service is terrible too
This location is beautiful the owner/ employees treated us with respect and it made the customer experience so much better. If you don't like to wait while they serve others. There are others businesses in the area where you can go throw tantrums. Place is very family oriented kind folks.
This place is so charming and aesthetically lovely. It feels like what I would imagine a cafe in Europe would be like. The coffee and veggie quiche were completely scrumptious. The service was so wonderful! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back and try more!
Unfortunately would not recommend, I came yesterday on a Tuesday afternoon. It was fairly busy and limited seating and space. Service wasn’t great either, some were nice but there were one or two staff that I thought were rude, and this is coming from someone who also works in customer service. The main thing is that it is very overpriced for mediocre food and drinks. I paid $8 for a latte smaller than my hand, which was really good but in no way worth the price. I ordered the Michelangelo panini; cheese was rubbery, portion was small, and slightly bland, not the worst sandwich I’ve had but was expecting better for the price. There’s better cafes in the Berkshires for sure.
Do not go here this has to be one of the worst locally owned cafes in the berks. Went here with my friend the service was very poor and the woman at the desk was very short with me and my freinds. The only good food I got was a macron which I’m pretty sure was from market 32 because they tasted the same the salad I got looked good but tatsed horrible was covered in the most gross dressing I have ever had I spent 30 plus dollars on a salad coffee and a cookie
I've been going to Shots since they opened and they only get better over time. The coffee is real good. The baked goods, sandwiches and breakfast are better than the other bakeries in Lenox. It's a small place with a handful of tables. I suggest going early for breakfast. A few tables outside are great if you have a dog. I've brought mine but they can't go inside. The prices are very reasonable.
I gave this place one star: 1/2 for the great location for a coffee outside, 1/2 for the amazing pastries. Never had a crepe so I'm not commenting on that. Stops there. There is no grill here so this is a typical Bodega set-up from New York City so if you order anything with eggs they just stick it in the microwave. 2) I ordered one of their salads looking forward to it. It was called "Chef's Recommendation". Only the white parts of romaine, cardboard tomatoes, two or three slivers of white onion, one egg. Lemon dressing. Yay. I asked for balsamic vinegar she completely forgot. $12. Um... At Choppt eg. in the City eg. you can get an epic salad for that price, all fresh ingredients, and it's so much that you can eat it in 2 days so it's really two salads in one. Typical rip-off joint where they buy absolutely the s***ist stuff next door and sell it for what they know people will pay for. Just sit and have a nice coffee in the sun to ppl watch, that's nice.
The chocolate croissants here are France level amazing, the drinks are ok, it’s pricey but I’m telling you from experience- BEST. CHOCOLATE. CROISSANTS. Also- watch out for the cups, they’re terrible and the lids leak everywhere and I can’t enjoy the coffee once it’s spilled all over my hands and shirt.
