Brought my laptop and got a coffee and croissant. It’s a great place to work, there is a lot of energy. Wi-Fi is good. It may get crowded though so could be hard to find a place to sit.

My barista did a good job following my instructions. My latte was just the perfect temperature. I had hot latte and my husband had a mocha. Everyone is very friendly. They have plenty of tables. They sell lots of different coffee beans. My only issue was with cleanliness. There were few flies around our table
Brought a BFF who's never been here and she loved the whole vibe of this Cafe. Our mocha lattes were amazing and not too sweet. My barista made a fabulous flower in my foam, and service was done with a smile.
Great place, great coffee. This place is like Starbucks, but so much better. Spacious and sunny interior with plenty of tables for eating and chatting with friends. Prices are good, and they have tasty pastries, muffins, etc.
onliest thing wrong with Zumi's is that there are not more of them. Love making a quick stop for an iced mocha and a scone on a bike ride. Coffee is the best around and service is top notch...
I served Zumi's Full Moon coffee in my at home yoga classes. Love sitting with a Cappuccino there too!
Zumi’s is magnificent. Of course I could rave all day about their quality coffee - endless variety! But what really makes Zumi’s special is their ability to make you feel at home, let of their community and like you belong there. The atmosphere is inviting and exciting, their staff are friendly and helpful, their bakery items are delicious and their beverages are wonderful - seriously, try them all! Cannot express my appreciation of this wonderful coffee shop!
They serve coffee in plastic cups 😡 Do they not have a dishwasher? They said "it's because of COVID." Seems nonsense to me. 2.94$ with tax for small iced coffee; not bad given the current situation. Grumpy, snarly server. I don't know why they can't serve coffee, to be consumed In The cafe, in a cup/mug/glass that is washed and reused. Plastic or compostable are the same, in My opinion. Don't make unnecessary waste.
Just okay I'll have to try it again there's a lot of choices to get coffee in Ipswich the man behind the counter was polite but not overly friendly maybe because it was around 6:00 a.m. we'll see I'll try it again
Bitter Expresso, no pastry or dessert, ice cream was typical. Help was very attentive and helpful.
