Sorry to say but I preferred The Berkshire co-op of the old days. I will shop at Wild oats in Williamstown. It's still has that small town we care feel.
Great place to shop for good food
Our hometown food shopping place. Excellent fresh organic produce, lots of good, healthy, packaged foods, nut milks, plant-based refrigerated and frozen foods, what’s not to like? And then there is the staff, friendly, hard-working, I feel like they’re my friends. I always look forward to going to the co-op, having a cup of coffee, and perhaps a scone or a cookie, I always see a friend or neighbor. So a fun place to hang out too.
A go to stop for local ingredients!!
This is a nice place to get healthier food then at your normal grocery store. They have delicious prepared foods for sale.I love their carrots cake they make here.A nice salad bar as well. Its a fun place to eat lunch here outside in the summer. They have some tables and chairs outside to eat durring the summer.
I love this place. it's my favorite health food store not only in the Berkshires but in the Hudson valley.
One of my favorite places to stop and grab a fresh sandwich when in the area. Great selection of local beer for me to bring home to NY. Friendly staff, highly recommend stopping in.
Great, sustainable, and reliable food and service.
Arrogant management, rude, cold, poorly trained it seems employees & very high prices... 20-25% higher than Middlebury, Vermont’s coop I would say.... The very fact that employees make you do you own bagging and to go get a price on an item, not marked on it, shows indifference too….. Sorry no ill reality here, marketing alone does not suffice for good customer service, because the customer is always first..... Avoid if you’re concerned about quality service.......
Love this grocery store - it's so beautifully presented, with an abundance of local, organic and healthy options.
The GB co-op is nice. Quite nice. The Rossetter St. tempeh-bacon-lettuce-tomato with chipotle vegan mayo is divine!
I miss Whole Foods, which are scattered in eastern/central MA. This place is a nice substitute.
Fresh deli with lots of healthy choices.
I love the co-op! They have a great selection of foods and I love supporting their mission when I shop there. It can be a little pricey, but that is to be expected from a local food co-op. Just something to be aware of if you’ve never been or aren’t familiar with the concept. Their hot bar is great and they have vegan baked good (although those can be hit and miss). The folks who work there are super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a trip if you’re looking for a great local grocer.
Good selection of products, friendly staff, and seating if you are hungry.
First impression, positive. Excellent and varied choices to select from.
Very friendly and very helpful and respectful staff. Good place to do grocery shopping. Sells large variety of produce especially organics. Carrie's so much merchandise as well wellness products.
High quality produce. Best salmon I've seen in any store. Great selection of bulk foods and spices.
Marvelous selection of all the best products I love! Very clean and tidy and shiny store, too.
Hands down best shopping experience in Great Barrington
