I'm grateful for your lovely workspace and your delicious coffee. However, PLEASE put a few vegan options on the menu. Pretty, pretty please! My vegan friends and I simply cannot meet for a substantial breakfast or lunch at your place on account of this, and we've requested this small amendment in person a few times now. Thank you :). -Uta

Here's the thing about Shelburne Falls: not al locations are created equal. I mostly go to the King Street Northampton location and it is EXCELLENT. But I think I am well within my rights to hold up this Easthampton location to the King Street level. I used to come into Easthampton to order at the counter before I discovered the AMAZING. app I LOVE The Sheburne Falls app!! I can place my order and pay for it with the app and when I show up it's ready and waiting for me. I cannot recommend actually going into this Easthampton location to order. I've done it a number to times and the service was abysmal. Now, I haven't actually gone in to order in at least a year, so things may have changed in management. But the problem clearly was the guy who was managing (I knew he was the manager from overhearing extensive, inappropriate conversations while waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence and take my order). I've worked in coffee shops. I've owned a coffee shop. I currently own and cook at my own Diner. I know how this whole small, local food service deal works. And I recognize a completely toxic workplace when I see it. Again, hopefully the same dude is not still managing? But I will not set foot inside this location except to pick up my mobile order (because I had an appointment in Southampton and it was the most convenient location for a coffee and bagel.) I gotta deduct stars for Bro Culture BS. Enough already with that. Sadly, I cannot "return" any stars for the quality of coffee. Since I only ever order one thing to drink (medium Mocha with whole milk, no whipped cream, extra hot) and some sort of toasted bagel with flavored cream cheese (my faves are sesame bagel toasted dark with either the garlic chive or sun-dried tomato and jalapeño cream cheese), it is easy for me to compare the coffee at this Easthampton location with that at King Street. They make a terrible mocha. Really bad. Just takes like milk. Can barely taste the espresso or the chocolate. Wh

I enjoy the food and beverages here but the service is TERRIBLE. The staff are slow and oftentimes rude. It takes forever no matter how small the order, even if you order ahead of time you will have to wait when you get there, and the staff don't care. Multiple people I know from Easthampton boycotted this location because they had bad experiences or have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for what they ordered. It's not even just this group of staff, it has been like this for years. Once I ordered on the app at 3pm, when they close at 5pm and my coffee was outside on the windowsill and the door was locked with no note or indication that they were closing early. If you want good service in a timely manner, go somewhere else.

Sooo many interesting coffees to choose from. I wanted to get a taster tray! Good pastries, too.

The coffee and pasteies are amazing! If you’re not sure which to try, their toasted coconut is my go-to. If it’s the holiday season, you MUST get Christmas Morning! Best coffee you will find around! The downfalls (which wont be turning me away) is you will always need to be prepared for long lines. Some of the staff can be less than friendly, but the others make up for it.

Went to this local breakfast spot to support it and Waited half hour for an ice cold egg sandwich and when asked to reheat it, short hair girl employee was really rude about it and told us to wait even longer for them to reheat it…we walked right out and asked for a refund… terrible service… would not recommend to anyone… all they do is sit around and talk and get no work done… 0/10

I looked forward to supporting this local business. However, The service was very disappointing. Although cute, The coffee stand was half empty and dirty. The staff were not attentive to our wait time, (acknowledging a patrons wait time goes a long way). Even worse, the staff could careless when it was brought to their attention, especially a particular young lady who’s name I did not get, unfortunately. She was very condescending for no reason other than sharing our concerns about our long Wait time and cold sandwiches. When we arrived the coffee shop was not visually busy. There were two patrons sitting at a table on their computer. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Best regards, A big supporter of local businesses.

Some of my favorite coffee but recently had an awful experience with the cashier in easthampton. Very informal and rude. They dropped my pastries on the ground and started to mumble under their breath like I did something wrong. Then proceeded to give me the SAME pastries that hit the ground in a new bag. I was baffled. Super super off putting experience. Wicked rude, wicked informal.

Lovely place. The only criticism I have is that they only have single use paper coffee cups, which is not great for the environment.

The drip coffee was pretty good, not too acidic. I ordered a coffee croissant and received a day old bun cut and slathered with thick dark chocolate ganache. Honestly it tasted stale. So decent coffee, not so sure about pastries.

Barista’s are horribly trained. They move with zero sense of urgency; they spend most of their time chatting amongst eachother. Not the place for grabbing coffee quickly before work, unless u want to be late
