Love this place … normally stop in once in a while here at the East Longmeadow location or in hadley .. they have good coffee, teas , snacks & breakfast sandwiches. I once went in they screw up my coffee and i complaint and they were very kind enough to refund my money . I believe They were closing & I believe we can all make mistakes .. No one is perfect !!! Can’t complain they have great drinks , food , snacks and customer service …

Really good coffee. Ok service. Secure WiFi. Cafe was not busy yet dirty (tables unclean, floors littered) when I arrived and staff was stocking packaged coffee and only one other patron was at a table. Staff did clean while I was there :). Atmosphere suffers from conversation inhibiting loud music, apparently for the sake of the employees. Part of the cafe experience is comfortable conversation, and the comfortable part is absent.

It was great. They have cute little tables outside and even though it was a little cool it was a very pleasant event. Only had coffee. But the choices are amazing!

Coffee is (or has been) good, but I got the worst tasting iced tea an hour before close yesterday (a 5 dollar, 22 ounce large) and a super stale piece of cinnamon pecan bread because they had no danishes or pastries at 4 pm on Thursday - both got tossed. Disappointed and extra disappointed for the price these things cost

Me and my wife come here often and it has become more and more inconsistent with the quality and the service. We don’t know what we are going to expect anymore with our pick ups weather a sandwich is going to be made incorrectly or completely left out the order to the very smaller things like no ice in the coffee but the last encounter I had today with an employee picking up a coffee was the final straw for me. My coffee was filled 3/4 of the way and I very politely asked if it could be filled all the way because I don’t add anything to it and I was told it’s company policy not to fill it all the way? It’s $5 for a mostly filled coffee? He then gave me attitude and filled my cup and gave it back to me. It was unprofessional and rude.

In the top 3 most flavorful quality sandwiches I've ever had. Portions are small for the price (4 dollar Small iced tea, 10 dollar grilled cheese), which is why I took off one star. The sandwiches are small but they are mighty in taste and quality. Super friendly staff and a cute outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs (no tables, really more for drinks). Convenient location. Dairy free smoothie options. Would have liked a bag for our to-go order since the pickles leaked juice in my car. Definitely a here and there treat due to the price but one that's absolutely worth it.

Typically I don't leave reviews, however, I think they deserve some honest criticism. I'm not often In the area, but when I am this is one of the places I like to visit. The last 2 times have been a let down. The first, the bagle was so hard it was hard to eat. However, the taste was there, so I chewed through it. They did refund me for the sandwich. This time, they gave me the wrong sandwich. 2 strikes, not sure I'll give them a chance for a 3rd.

I rather get my coffee and bagels here than anywhere else. I do recommend ordering online, however, because the wait can be a little long if you're ordering a breakfast sandwich. I also love how I am able to put my own stuff in my coffee since I'm pretty specific on how much I put in my coffee. PS. The Buckland is the best!

They have the greatest bagel sandwiches and seasonal drinks. Nice little cafe to hang out as well. They turn around orders quickly even when busy.

My husband and I have recently fallen in love with Shelburne Falls coffee and have been going almost every week! I love all the seasonal latte options and he loves all the fresh, roasted coffee options. We have also enjoyed the breakfast burrito and all the baked good choices. The lemon pound cake, blueberry muffin, and raspberry scone were delicious. We always leave happy!

Bagel was good quality so was the croissant but the bacon is clearly microwaved which doesn’t sit well with me and sent it back twice because I requested crispy bacon and it still came back soggy… twice

I go into this place thinking it will be really nice... I thought wrong. First up We order our food and drinks,Then the cashier messed up my order and my friend's order. Not organized at all. Lost our orders in the system and never thought to look in the system. I had to go up and ask for our orders. After they messed everything up we got 3 out of 4 things correct after I talked them, still an item was not correct. Fast forward 20 minutes more we get our order (we were already there for 40 minutes) I got my drink a Hot Chocolate. I do not know what they did to it but it was the worst drink I have ever had. It was not Chocolate. Fast forward we tell the lady nicely and she gives us a b**** face and seems shocked and sophisticated. Very selfish, and unorganized.

A disappointment every time we’ve gone. Syrupy and room temp chais. WAY too much cinnamon making drinks undrinkable. Burnt sandwiches. This place is awful. Expensive waste of money :(

I always go to Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters in East Longmeadow MA for coffee. The coffee is always fresh. They have a variety of coffees to choose from.
