I looove a Chippi but of late mix seems a lil watered down. Doesn't seem to have the same *zip* it used to and I pay for light ice to avoid watering it down. I thought this on my last trip but chalked it up to an off batch or some other fluke, now 0 for 2.
I love Mirasols!! Have to stop here everytime in town for my Chippy!! Only wish I could truck back gallons to Idaho!!
Good food and non alcoholic drinks, which has been true here from the beginning. But a recent renovation really has had a damaging effect on the atmosphere, which has become pretty industrial as opposed to the traditional coffee house feel it used to have. The people behind the counter are great. The food is great. But the physical space feels far less welcoming. Please don't change into another Starbucks.
Honesty, best coffee I ever had it sweet like coffee milk, but it has dark roast kick at the end that just brings it to a whole other level. New favorite coffee place. I just wish I had one closer to me so I could go more often.
My kids love this place. Just don’t be in a hurry to order at the counter. Always long lines, but worth the wait. We tried placing the order on line and it doesn’t allow you to unless you sign up on the site. My daughter placed the order over the phone and I arrived at the pick up window. After waiting for 15 minsters and the server kept telling me they would check on the order still no order ready. Finally, I went inside and checked on my order and they jumped to it.
I recently had the pleasure of trying the coffee milk at a local cafe and I must say, it was one of the best drinks I have ever had! I was a first-time drinker of this type of beverage and the experience was nothing short of delightful. The regular chippi flavor was excellent, but what sets this place apart is their customization options. You can choose from a variety of milks and other options to personalize your drink to your liking. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful in answering any questions I had about the menu. Additionally, the cafe was never overcrowded during my visit, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, I would rate this cafe a solid 10/10 for their exceptional coffee milk and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and delicious beverage experience. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking to try something new, this cafe has something for everyone. The food and drinks are very good! I love them and I’ll always come back but I believe the management staff and food has changed. Having to pay for each side for a quesadilla is absolutely ridiculous that should definitely come with at least sour cream. Every single time I step foot into there a staff member that helps me out is always rude or has some type of attitude which I don’t like. Again the food and drinks are delicious and I’ll always go back since they are relatively cheap but something needs to change with everyone’s attitude and management.
If you know about Mirasol's, you know it's perfect, and there's not a negative point that exists. If you don't already know about Mirasol's allow me to explain, this fun little Cafe has the single most amazing milk based coffee drink under the sun, the CHIPPI, it's impossible to replicate (trust me I've tried) and it's unbelievable, infinity out of 10, a million out of zero, vertical line, the llimit does not exist. But that's not the only thing they have. Their food is fresh and flavorful and phenomenal. Their staff are always super friendly even when the place is packed (which is basically all the time) and they're a perfect stop if you're in the area and you get a case of the "blah" Just walking in, you get a sense of a fun, fresh atmosphere buzzing with energy. Then that first sippi of chippi hits your soul, and you forget what "blah" even feels like. Try it for yourself if you don't believe me.
New management changed most menu items and is downgrading the quality of items while increasing the prices. The quesadillas especially have barely any meat and they don't come with salsa in them now. It is an extra $1 for a tiny scoup in a plastic cup for sour cream and another $1 for a tiny scoup of salsa. The steak quesadilla tastes like tacos not steak. And chippis are more milk than coffee now. Plus you can't even sit inside and the parking lot is super crowded/ bad location.
Can't say anything about the food cause I didn't eat there I just wanted a coffee and it's a very very busy place you must have to order online or wait in a long line and the coffee wasn't anything to write home about for the price. I'd have to say it's more geared towards the Young people
Bring back the cinnamon rolls. The sticks are not as good
PRking lot is a madhouse, coffee is basic, busy for no good reason imo
I have been a customer for many years now. However, have recently decided to stop coming in due to the terrible management and the un-ethical treatement towards the employees. The Chippis are very good, however, I cannot support this business anymore after knowing that the employees are underpaid. Pay your workers better.
Great place to go obsessed with chippis and love the workers there they are always so nice and the place is always so clean. Love the food and merch as well
I'm addicted to chippi, have been for many years. Their sandwiches and quesadillas are delicious, highly recommend their cookies as well. If there was only slightly more parking, this place would be perfect.

We always make sure to stop at Marisol's whenever we are in the area. We live that Chippi Life. We've always enjoyed their seasonal and featured flavors. I appreciate that they always check their syrups when I let them know I have a gluten allergy!
I used to LOVE this place but it's been completely redone. Zero character and the only interesting vegetarian sandwich on the menu, the asparagus sandwich, is gone. It was so flavourful and my favouritw sandwich ever. Spinach and tomato? So boring. I won't be coming back since they don't have food for me anymore. Not vegetarian friendly is you are looking for options
