Great location and staff was very helpful. They were kind and knowledgeable for ordering my kid's drinks.
Been here a few times. The iced coffees usually taste watered down, not sure if the mocha isn’t being made correctly or aren’t shaken enough, or if the ice in their bin is half melted. Ordering at any Marylou’s is almost always a nightmare. Today I had to repeat my order of two iced coffees 3x. Maybe the headsets are junk, but it’s a relatively simple order to have to repeat it so many times if they aren’t having trouble hearing (caramel lou with milk and banana split black). The cashier asked again what I got so she could cash me out, which is fine because I don’t think she’s the one who took my order, but I was waiting at the window for 5+ minutes after paying while my coffees sat at the window because whoever made them just put them next to the register and walked away. The banana split today was a OK, seemed watery but good enough to drink, and the caramel lou was very good! Staff is nice the service is just not great. It looked like one employee was carrying the whole team on her back
2 high school girls. One working, the other is talking while there is a HUGE line. Reading other reviews, it appears like this is the norm. Kinda crazy...
Great coffee and service.
Dealing with staffing issues can be super hard, I do understand. However, when your staffing issue turns into an attitude towards your co-workers and, in turn, the customer, it's just not a great experience for anyone. The coffee and the food were delicious, but tension behind the counter was tangible. Very uncomfortable. I hope the staffing issue is handled in the near future to put those feelings to rest.

There is only one nice lady there; a bit older with blonde hair, the rest of them are extremely rude. Their coffee is nasty, I haven’t gotten coffee from them in a year or so, I just go for a breakfast sandwich (which they seem very annoyed about when I order for some reason) but half the time they don’t even have cheese. I won’t be going back to this location.

This Marylou’s Coffee Location is a great place to stop for a Fresh Hot Coffee and Donuts. While on the road traveling, I stop at this location due to the staff and service. They are outgoing and professional.

The coffee is always great but i went to go thru the drive thru at 8:04pm tonight and they were counting the money and were leaving when we drove up and tried saying hello. Was super disappointed we don't get to go there a lot and was looking forward to it.

Pretty decent coffee and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Stopped here before heading back up to Maine. So glad I did!
