Had the best breakfast empanada ever and the blueberry muffin was delicious. It was quick to get our food but we had to wait a while for a macchiato despite there being few customers and a lot of staff. Would consider going again if I’m in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
They don’t carry dark roast. I guess they’ve got a philosophical argument against it. Went there on a Friday morning and got a bagel with butter. The bagel itself wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t fresh, and the butter came in a package- I had to spread it. But if you’re looking for a new age coffee shop with a rough hewn cozy setting, without dark coffee, this place is for you.
If you're reading this please encourage baristas to unionize at all three Snowy Owl Locations by simply speaking with the baristas you love and cherish. I have been told by numerous former employees that owners of this company treat their employees poorly. Owners such as Manuel. Peace with you Manuel, this isnt an attack. I encourage everyone reading this to shop elsewhere until a firm employee oriented contract is drafted and ratified. All power to the people.
My favorite coffee shop. Friendly staff that remembers your name. Great coffee/espresso and house specials too. “Cup of sunshine” is delicious.
Great pour over coffee and cozy atmosphere. A few local items like candles, honey, crafts and coffee for sale too.
I really love this shop, the atmosphere is great and the coffee/tea is amazing but I was pretty disappointed in my last experience. I ordered a matcha mint to be and about 7 minutes into my drive I realized there was no peppermint in my drink so I decided to go back so I could get the drink I ordered. The barista was kind but she did not apologize. She simply said I can add more if you can’t taste it (mind you, i just had this same drink earlier this week and it’s very obvious when there’s peppermint in the drink and there was none). I don’t come out here often and when I do it’s a treat, there’s no snowy owl out by my house so I was bit disappointed that I had driven back only to get that response. I understand mistakes happen (i’m a barista myself) but at the very least there should have been an apology. I suppose if I do decide to stop here again i’ll have to try my drink before hitting the road to know that’s it’s made correctly
Amazing place for a coffee, tea, and pastries. I had the matcha latte with oat milk, partner had cold brew, and we split a cranberry orange scone and morning glory muffin. Service is super helpful and nice. Not a ton of places to sit but you should be able to find a spot somewhere.
I’m pretty sure Snowy Owl is the coziest coffee shop on Cape Cod. It’s a very welcoming environment with a great interior and even greater coffee. I love ordering a dirty chai or seeing what seasonal offerings they have. It’s also the only place I’ve been to that has cinnamon sugar coated popovers in their pastry case. YUM!
I enjoy this spot. Very friendly staff and cozy vibe. There is a little free library outside in case you’re tempted to linger with a book enjoying their lovely coffee
Coffee was okay, service was perfect. Take a look in the backroom, herbs herbs herbs
Great coffee shop but the wifi kicks you off after 3hrs and locks you out for a full hour
Waited 15 minutes for an iced oat latte that tasted burnt as hell and a weak chocolate croissant that didn’t taste fresh. The vibe is cute but honestly, I won’t be back.
This place is great. Good coffee, ambiance, and staff. The citrus matcha is fantastic, I’ve never had something like it before.
Cute little spot!! Wish I had more time to stay. Fair warning: seemed like the drinks are un/less sweetened, which I didn’t expect. (I asked for mine sweetened but it wasn’t sweet; couldn’t tell if that was a mistake or the recipe.) Got the cardamom mocha and the dirty chai.
Love this coffee shop- great atmosphere, great coffee- especially the single origin pour overs!
Great ambiance but it could definitely be crowded depending when you go. But the lines do move quickly. Service was good and friendly. I ordered a drip coffee and jasmine tea latte. The coffee was strong and had a slight sour aftertaste. For the tea,it was weak since I couldn't taste the jasmine flavor at all and jasmine is quite strong. Milk and creamers are located behind the counter.
Good service. Excellent strong coffee. Atmosphere was great too.
Some of the best coffee on the Cape! Lots of flavor and no bitter notes. Their staff is really friendly and I love to see that they support local
Very friendly staff with great suggestions! It was absolutely packed when we got there but the line moved quickly and was well worth the wait. They have a lot of great coffee options, and the maple bacon scone was incredible. We’ll be sure to swing by again next time we’re on the Cape!
Was in Brewster for the weekend . First visit to the Snowy owl, no one smiled and service wasn't great. Gave them a second chance this morning. Only to find the same cold unfriendly service . Not one lady working even smiled or said good morning! The burnt out bagel (3 times) coffee sub par . Will never go back .
