Ordered 4 sandwiches and drinks at 11:30 for a 1:40 pick up and only one of the sandwiches were correct when we got them back to work. One had lettuce when it was asked not too. One had ham when it was supposed to be a Turkey sandwich and one was on the wrong type of bread. The drinks were ok but they can’t be trusted to get the food correct so won’t be able to order from here again because we don’t have time to open all the sandwiches and check them when we order them 2 hours early for a quick pick up because of lunch schedules. Also $100 for them to get things wrong is ridiculous after we tipped as well.
Fantastic cafe for lattes, boba, or a quick lunch. The best part, any drink can be turned into a cocktail!! The Vietnamese Coffee Martini will change your life. The staff are busy and working hard, but still make you feel welcome. New favorite spot in Boston!! :)
I thought this place was adorable- and loved that they had a variety of options from ice cream to boba tea to boozy boba tea. I didn’t have any food. My boozy boba tea was a treat, a little too sweet for me but still refreshing and tasty. It was about $12 for the boozy boba which wasn’t terrible.
It takes a minute to get your order but only because they make most things fresh or by hand. The store opens early and is good for breakfast or lunch. Also they have boba drinks!
Great coffee Great sandwiches And if you’re staying at the adjacent huge hotel - this is a much much better option for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or dessert Friendly Well staffed Bright Comfortable seats
Definitely worth a visit if it isn't too busy. Interesting menu options. I'm gone for a year but hope they're still there when I get back. Their ice cream is pretty enjoyable. Wish I had a chance to try their boba tea as well.
I got the vanilla lavender latte on ice it was sooo good, they are expensive for a cup of coffee, they charge extra for anything outside the drink but it was worth it. the staff are friendly, we were in town visiting & it ended up being the only coffee shoppe I wanted to go to.
Staff and food was amazing! Really cool to be able to order coffee and wine at the same place. Really really good coffee and so many flavors as well.
Terrible coffee and food. Maybe tea would be better. Way over priced with little food options. Busy and lots of college students using free wifi to study.
Horrible customer service. Ordering tablet did not communicate our order so we waited for food that never came. Asked employe about our food was given an ice cream that turned out to not be ours and had alcohol in it. Food was delicious but I did not end up with what I ordered.
If I could give a zero rating I would. I went during convention weekend and it was busy. They were having issues with there computer system which is understandable. However the service behind the register was SO RUDE. I got something I was ordering wrong and she was so rude back to me. THEN two people in my party waited for 20 minutes for there items. Which they never got acknowledged by any of the staff. We then asked the staff and brushed us aside and gave my friends something that was sitting on the counter which was not there original order. Overall I will NOT be going to this location again with staff that have the worst customer service.
So much better than other coffee chain coffee shops nearby. This coffe doesn't taste burnt. Fast, friendly, and delicious! Plus the cups are so cute.
Stopped in several times over the course of a few days during a conference. The Spanish latte was excellent. The Hanoi iced latte (Vietnamese coffee) was good. The Americano (black) was good. The drip coffee was so-so. I'd recommend you order their special menu items... they shine. I tried a few breakfast sandwich options and bagels, all were good, hot, and tasty. The little Greek honey cake pastries were delicious. Service was good - reserved, but friendly enough.
The coffee is absolutely incredible!!! Definitely going back!!! Yummy!
Ordered the salmon bagel to go and there’s hardly any cream cheese or salmon. Awful quality for a $13 bagel.
Nice atmosphere and good Wi-Fi. The food and drinks are alright but certainly not worth the price. Pictured is the very average tuna sandwich I paid $15 for
The best coffee I have had in my entire life. I ordered the lavender vanilla latte, highly recommend.
Coffee is good but nothing different or JAHO about it. The cups look perfect for serving slushie ,with a different lid to a 5 year old.
Great coffee, but don't get the mocha frostaccini, not enough mocha or chocolate. It's just ice. Maybe it was just the server.
Cappuccino one of the worst I’ve had. Bitter espresso. Milk overheated and almost pure froth. Took a couple of sips and had to throw it away.
