Farmers horse is my favorite coffee shop in Boston - today was the first time i tried their breakfast sandwiches though. Equally delightful! While I’ve never studied here it seems like a great place to, the ambience is fun and they have a nice patio. Feels like a saratoga springs coffee shop airlifted onto Mass Ave.

In Boston--a town we love well--for four days and ate breakfast here for three of them. Everything was great.

Nice decor. Very good coffee and breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, they don’t call your name out, or at least not loudly, so you must either stand and wait or get tepid food. I apparently unwittingly opted for the latter.

This place is a (sometimes) cozy coffeeshop and good for working. The decoration is nice and there are several places to sit, sip on your coffee and watch people walking outside in the side walk. When it comes to coffee, it matches the expectation of a locally owned coffeeshop, but if you’re looking for single origin coffee this is NOT your place. They have a wide variety of pastry.

They have gluten free bread to make with any sandwich. The vibe here is great. There is plenty of seating despite it being a busy spot.

Love this coffee shop. Friendly staff. Cozy reading knocks. Board games. Delicious iced teas. Total Bag End vibes. Plus cool greenhouse/igloo seating outback. Highly recommend.

Cute little coffee shop local to Northeastern. They had outdoor seating all winter long with a cute little covered and heated area. The wifi was easy to access and the drinks were made pretty quick. The iced chai latte was watery, but their other drinks/coffees are good. Overall, a cute little place to grab coffee with a friend or do some work.

Great atmosphere and decor! Ordered an iced chai and a chicken pesto sandwich. They were good, but nothing mind blowing. In terms of vibes, they become quite busy at 9 AM, but it’s really peaceful before then. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to connect to their wi-fi :(

Adorable little coffee shop. Super cozy inside. Got a breakfast burrito and a cappuccino and give both a thumbs up.

The cafe has a rusty look to it. Good for a relaxed evening. Had Mocha drink. It was good.

The design of this place is spectacular. It is cozy, bright, and not too loud. They have outlets and wifi if you need to get some work done. I got a cortado and a poppy seed scone which were both up to par. The only issue I have with this place is the music they are play is annoying in my opinion. It is like gospel guitar music... not my cup of tea. Especially to work to. Anyway, love this place definetly will come back... just with headphones.

Farmers house has been my go to coffee place near Northeastern. There coffee has a great taste and freshness. Brownie points for all the classic rock hits they play!

I really love this place. They have unique-tasting iced coffee that I can't get anywhere else. Their pastries are also delicious, especially their croissants. Sometimes it's hard to find a seat, but overall, this is a great cafe!

A cozy little coffee shop. Their chocolate croissant has more of a brioche texture rather than a flaky croissant but it was tasty nonetheless. The tea is lovely. The counter person was a bit grumpy when I inquired about whether they do a pot of tea or if my only options are a small or a large cup, so I'm hoping they were simply having a bad day. I'd love to return to try their sandwiches. The ambiance is very nice. The prices are very affordable.

This place is amazing I really don’t know what the negative reviews are saying. I’m not a coffee drinker so I wouldn’t know about that but I have their breakfast burritos almost everyday and it’s $7. Such an amazing price for Boston especially and it’s soooo delicious. All their food is amazing especially the Turkathon and it’s fresh and made on the spot. Their lemon scones are amazing too. My favorite place in Boston since I’ve moved there.

Super cute and cozy spot. Great for an affordable and tasty breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito and added avocado. Their chocolate croissant was also very tasty, soft and flaky. Was happy I went here.
