Great coffee and pastries. Prompt and friendly service, even during busy times.
Cafe Nero is worth driving out of my way for. The sandwiches are fantastic, the service is fast, and I'm addicted to their latte. Great selection of grab and go sandwiches and sweets. Cozy up by the fire or work from a table. The outdoor patio is open until 6 pm in the summer.
Great coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are not your standard expectation. Delicious breads and dessert. Their online ordering is awful, if there is a line onsite the orders get pushed to the back. You're better off skipping the online ordering if you're in a hurry.
The coffee is the best. Beats Starbucks and Dunkin hands down. food options are better than any of the other chains... Real sandwiches, real italian coffees and prep.
The Northshore Mall Cafe Nero is the best and Kim the store manager is an amazing professional person with an amazing way how she treats her customers. Love it

The service was poor and slow. The cafe was also dirty. Dishes and trash piling up in the trash can/dish tray. Looked like it wasn’t cleaned or emptied all day. I came in 1.5 hours before closing.
Food items are good, coffee is always delicious and made the way you want it. It's a little pricey but the quality is good. If you time it wrong it can take a while as there is usually only 1 person working the front.
This is a great place to take some time off and enjoy a good coffee. The pastries and food are awesome and very attentive service. The atmosphere is so soothing and peaceful. An all-around great experience.
Enjoyed a great espresso drink, grill cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup for lunch as fall is settling in here in Ma.. Staff was very pleasant, overall feel of the cafe was comfortable, food and drink were great. Bathroom was not so clean and is right next to kitchen, which had the door propped open and was very messy - not the greatest look for sure though...

Decent croissant chicken salad but avocado toast was like a spreadable guacamole and tasted like it was on the shelf for a week. Told the cashier but seemed to not care.

Best italian coffe in all Mass. Their locations around all Ma are the best place to enjoy coffe and anything else. Staff is very nice and helpful and their inteior design in most of places is fantastic and you can stay hours enjoying your time there. Very recommend
