Excellent local fare with a twist. Get there early for all things bacon. And take a moment to enjoy the artwork, especially in the unisex bathroom.

We love the Neon Newt! Excellent fresh, local ingredients and a friendly, welcoming vibe. The breakfast was delicious, pastries were primo and you can grab a dozen eggs or a qt of milk on the way out if you need some in a pinch. Exactly what the community of north Becket was hoping for! Welcome to the neighborhood Neon Newt!
You won't find better, I have tried and failed, only to return again and again hungry for the most scrumptious food one could ever dream of. Go. Eat. You will be amazed.
Small town gem!! As you can see from the photos, we had to try everything. The food was fresh, creative, locally sourced and full of flavor. The fresh, homemade bread was out of this world. The homemade cinnamon bun and chocolate tart were amazing. My favorite was the fresh whip cream to top of the Apple Crumble....who does that?? The owners, Olivia and Molly are sweet, welcoming folks who provided super service as well. Looking forward to Summer 2023 in Becket at the Neon Newt!!!!
Traveling through Becket at lunchtime we stopped at the Neon Newt for a quick bite. What a find! Spinning stools at the lunch counter and yummy homemade food on the plates!
we had the best lunch at Neon Newt! There were 5 of us so we ordered everything. Pulled pork sandwich is a must… and the grilled cheese on homemade bread- yikes amazing. we also ordered the iceberg salad with homemade ranch dressing- sublime! thank you Neon Newt for making our western Mass tour incredible
