Soup is not warm enough. They don't know but they need bread too.

Well there were fruit flies crawling and flying all over the Belgian waffles behind the glass. I think that says it all yuk!

I really wish the drinks were consistent here. Some baristas know exactly what they’re doing and hot drinks come out really good and others seem to not know how to properly steam milk, or what ratios of milk go in what drinks. If you don’t know how to make a hot drink just be honest and I’ll order something iced.

Good coffee. Nice staff and decor. Great meeting place for small groups. Prepare for a wait in line, mobile ordering is not as problematic as in the past

Sunday - 2/12 - Noon. They use to have jugs of Cider to make the Hot Apple Cider. They would then stamp the loyalty card. Now you have to use the individual Cider container that’s in the refrigerator. They use that to make the Hot Apple Cider. I give the barrister my money to pay and along with my loyalty card. She then says oh we don’t stamp for this. I said for the last couple of weeks u have stamped the card. She then gives me an attitude. There are two other coffee shops in walking distance that I will take my business to.

This place is a gem. Discovered it on my most recent visit to Andover when I was looking for "Stubs" (down the street) alternative. Man, what a treasure. Amazing frittata and the sandwiches look fabulous. Best part was the fresh out of the oven pastries and the barista, who patiently answered all my coffee and food questions so I could track my macros. 💪

Love the cafe au lait, and my niece loved her decaf. On a chilly, rainy day sitting by the fire with a hot cup of coffee was delightful.

I love Cafe Nero Andover, the staff are always polite and nice. However the level of cleanliness and hygiene has gone significantly downhill in the past year. This week there were flies all over the muffins and it is not the first time I noticed this. You can see the small black flies on the pistachio muffins. This is in full view of the customers where you can order food.

Great decor and atmosphere. But I'm not a fan of their method of working with a single customer from start to finish of order. It can really slow things down if it's a line and only 1 or 2 employees.

Amazing coffee. Absolutely delightful coffee shop and coffee with a great, relaxing atmosphere. The line moves extra slow but the coffee is worth it... Likely that was first made evident by the ever present line. I didn't sample any of the food or dessert but it looked wonderful. Pricing for coffee is extremely reasonable. I wouldn't say 'cheap' but it's definitely less than Starbucks. As a heads-up... Their sign inside said "nitro cold brew based on availability"... that was proven to be false. They do not carry nitro cold brew.

Convenient location and really friendly staff. Baristas do a good job too. I know it is a chain, but it really doesn’t feel like it!

I opened this store so I might be admittedly biased but I now work across the street and have been there three times. The quality has gone SO far down. I've gotten sick twice after consuming my drinks. There is a blonde woman who works there who seems to HATE everything about her job. Also their line management is a joke. No one works as a team. Each barista takes on one customer at a time. I won't be going back.

I was having a stressful day but as soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibes of this place. The staff was welcoming and the food and drinks were delicious. This is a fantastic place to go read or finish a bit of office work you may have or to simply seat and enjoy a heart warming cup of coffee.

Convenient location on the Main Street Andover with street parking available. Outdoor and indoor seating available but it’s often busy. Visited here for breakfast and pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian, vegan options. Tried the vegan protein egg and cheese sandwich and it’s absolutely delicious. The flavor of the vegan protein was great combined with the egg and cheese on the bread is awesome. And another item egg and cheese on croissant was not bad. It would be better if they make it to order instead of just barely warming it up. Service was good and the staff were friendly.
