The customer service we received was extremely discourteous when we requested for small coffee. They only had medium and large coffee cups available.When we inquired about receiving a small coffee in a medium cup. The Barista insisted that they solely offer medium and large sizes. The price was not the issue, rather the unpleasant demeanor left us feeling irksome. Date : 4/16/2023 time 6:15pm.
Would not wait on us 30 seconds after "closing," even tough I was in line before closing. All I wanted to purchase is an apple for my granddaughter.
Nastiest, meanest people in customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked if they could heat up a sandwich and she yelled at me that they have to. Ordering anything felt like it was a burden on them to answer…
Coffee was more expensive than it was worth. Small cup of regular black coffee was worth about 5 dollars and the workers were extremely rude. Not worth the price.
I watched them rebrew used grounds for their drip coffee. Get the espresso instead.
As everybody said would give less stars if i could. I got medium latte for 6.5$ and she said no half and half and she lied. There is a gallon or so at the counter and she is super rude. Could get Large size latte with half and half in Starbucks for same price or less. First and last time stopping here for coffee!
Coffee tastes burnt, the service is slow and expensive, and they messed up my order.

Odd staff and doesn’t accept Peet’s rewards
I walked in, ordered a holiday spice cold brew coffee latte and wa given a normal coffee, was all good cause it was coffee. but we waited for another 10 minutes for my mothers coffee who she ordered before me, 10 other people got their orders before she did. Then I looked down at my phone and there was marker on it, then I looked at my hands and they were green. My mom VERY politely asked what kind of marker they used on their cups and the lady responded “Well I don’t know, it’s not permanent.” Very snarky, UN CALLED FOR!! Then she followed up with “you can always just go wash your hands.”… which- isn’t the point. I should I have marker on my hands after holding a cup of coffee. My mom responded in “that’s not the point, my daughter shouldn’t have green hands.” This lady proceeds to say “just take your coffee and go b.I.t.c.h.” this escalated very quickly. As we take our coffee she proceeds to say “that’s what your husband divorced you!” Yet again…very uncalled for.. all we asked was what kind of marker you used on your coffee cups for it to transfer onto my hands. If you hate your day job that much you should just go and keep your night job if you are to act like that towards a customer for asking a simple question. Very disrespectful and disappointed.
Would leave less stars if i could. Ordered Americano with steamed half and half. Lady at the counter said nothing charged me 5$. Got something else, asked the barista she goes we don't have half and half. Seriously? And you couldn't say that when i ordered so ill just not buy? Then they were rude about it. Left that drink there and walked out. Rudest people ever, don't bother trying.

I tried to order the beverage that is displayed all over the shop but the lady at the front immediately said “no” haha - also I was served an alternative drink in a coke cup… super strange

Very dirty working conditions. Sausage and egg sandwich was on a stale bagel and missing the egg. Heated up to the point most of the cheese melted out the edge. Coffee was good, but the mixing container for the cold brew fog looked like it was never cleaned.
Really needed coffee but was told they were closed at 3:30 on a weekday. Google says they close at 4:30. Seems lazy to me.
Terribly weak coffee. definitely not following the Peets formula. They are skimping on coffee grounds to save money. It’s pretty close to gas station coffee.
Slow
I needed coffee, and I stopped there to use my Peet's prepaid card. But I couldn't use my Peet's prepaid card there. Because they said they don't accept Peet's prepaid cards. Then they asked me for another payment method so I used my credit card. If I can't use my Peet's prepaid card at Peet's coffee, where should I use it?
Really good food. The lady working was very kind and helpful. Amazing!
