Our family has been vacationing in Ocean Pines for a few years, yet every year we forget to stop by The Hungry Donut, until this year. For best results, be sure to get there early after they open. Donuts are made to order which is pretty neat, however this may add to the issue we saw with one flavor, the Cotton Candy, as most of the topping ended up on the bottom of the box (see photo). You can create your own donut flavor or choose from some interesting flavor combinations, which we did the latter and they turned out well, but for a smaller business we didn’t quite see that pop out feature on the donuts. Pricing seems average and there is a good atmosphere within the shop. Perhaps we may try again after another trip or two.

Awesome small business in the pines. Family service, family prices and a great family environment. Any flavor you can think of, fresh donuts and great coffee. We come every year 👍🏻

Donuts were warm but terrible. Low quality topping, bland taste. Same for the acai bowl and iced coffee. Spent $30 threw it all away. Skip this place

Only been twice little pricey for donuts. All these donut shops around here are greasy mess. Not so good for your waste line.

Awesome fresh made to order donuts. A flavor on the menu for any taste. A local business that deserves your support! (Or you'll be stuck with corporate chem-slop)

Super fresh made to order donuts. Fun flavors that are good breakfast conversation starters but you can also opt for something more traditional. They even gave my son a free “Old Bay” donut while we waited for our order. Very kind and friendly staff. Support local businesses!

Never open! They don't update their hours on Google. I drove all the way down here and a little temporary sign says closed today. Last year the same thing happened. I'll not be coming back to try again... Update, this company is also terrible at their response to disgruntled customers. Was it a family emergency last year when you closed to go on vacation without updating your Google hours? I don't follow you on social media, and silly me, seeing that you as a company updated your hours weeks ago on Google and assuming them to be right. But go ahead and keep on talking trash, it's a great look. Went to Fractured Prune, they were delicious and shockingly, open during their posted hours. They also have many better locations to serve the many OCMD tourists who don't follow local social media. So if your looking to drive 15 min outside of town to MAYBE get what is most likely a sub par donut (judging by their lack of customer care), then this is the place for you! But if you want get fresh donuts that will be there when you get there, then save yourself the time and aggravation and go to Fractured Prune.

Hungry Donuts 🍩 Make us Happy. Best Donut shop in DelMarVa! This place perfected the made to order donut. The actual donut is good..we aren't just eating the toppings off. They have some pretty nice combos created on their menu ... and you can customize to your hankering. Hungry Donut is a must for our family! Rieces?? Nanny's Revenge... oh give us a dozen! Nice, friendly, small biz! The Acai bowls are awesome too!
