I received a gift basket from this establishment at Christmas time. I'm writing my review at this late date because I recently had a conversation with someone else who had a similar experience. My basket had two dented boxes of pasta, two plastic to-go containers of pasta sauce - one tomato and one bolognese, and one chunk of parmesan cheese. There were no ice packs and nothing to keep the sauces cold. They were room temperature and had been shipped from Maine to California with nothing to keep them cold enough to be safe to eat. The parmesan cheese was so old and dry I could barely shred it. Everything still had price tags on it which is tacky (and way overpriced). So I had to throw the sauce out because it could have had bacteria growing in it, most of the cheese had to be tossed because it was so rock hard. I would never buy from this place and am deeply disappointed, given the price tags, that the person who gifted this to me was ripped off. Buyer beware.

A really great butcher with a curated selection of beer, snacks, and other foods. We had fun perusing their store and selecting some delicious meats for dinner.

Charging top prices but unwilling to give you a paper bag to carry things home. Imagine she can't absorb a 5 cent paper bag. The butcher is great however

Upper class establishment, quite pricey. Not a bad thing, just not a place to go shopping for general needs. Speciality items, stop in.

Service was brisk and pleasant, but the "Jerk Chicken" on flatbread was sinewy, (and purple from the blueberry chutney, which made it look...unappetizing), and, at $12.50, grossly overpriced. And if you don't want beef or pork - or a vegetarian option - it's the only choice. Never again, B&G.

Nice meat market, but they have so much more than meat! We love the salad mixes and goat cheese they sell. Even found some Pappadew peppers, which I have been ordering on line because stores don't have them. We never leave without some cookies and baked goods with a latte. Today we tried a slice of Stromboli...it was awesome! Everything they sell is top quality and the staff is great.

Used to spend a few hundred a month in Bleecker and Greer, when the staff was outstanding. Quality of life went up with great products and intelligent kind capable hardworking people there. However, now they have a walk up window with a passive aggressive store clerk, who told me I could sit in my “car download the app to do online ordering which would be easier for me, and she doesn’t need walk around and shop for me.” Nope - outta there folks. I might go back when there’s a vaccine or just enjoy the other businesses in the area with helpful capable employees.

Fabulous meat and sausages. Delicious crusty bread and great sweet pastries and cookies. I always visit when I’m in Maine and usually take home their sausages to enjoy in Philadelphia.

Here is really a hidden gem. You should really come here to get some awesome food and good service. I love sausage and they have some amazing Thai spiced sausage which is just out of control good. The parking is decent and location isn't bad. The space inside is a little tight but they have lots of items to choose from. This is certainly a place you should check out.

Passed by a few times on our way into Camden. My wife said please let's stop here. So glad we did. Awesome staff, selection of goods phenomenal. Wish we lived closer.

Wonderful selection of cheese and charcuterie. It's apparent that a lot of love and hard work goes into everything they make and sell.
