The latte machine is usually down they always run out of chilli and other stuff. And drive thru is a nightmare in the morning. This place is getting worse service is non existent. Ordered a latte got a black coffee. Couldn't spend another half hour in drive thru. Not going back again as I am tired of being ripped off by staff who don't care or need better training or something. The only reason they survive is that they are the only drive thru this end of town.

Don't go inside very often to sit down and / or order inside. I always use drive thru.
The donut was amazing! I did have to wait a few minutes before ordering. The employees also seemed to have some contention with how they spoke. But I came for a donut and I got exactly that, and it was delicious. Pretty empty as well so easy to get a table.

Didn't have a couple of the items in their menu I was hoping to try. Staff was friendly and clean establishment.
It's hit or miss. Great coffee & food. Long wait for service. 60% chance you'll get what you ordered.

It was terrible. I waited 20 minutes in line for my order and then it was wrong.
The attitude of workers can be seen in their actions and how they respond to co workers very sad to see some people being hateful.
Expresso machine is always broken.

A great place for breakfast or if your on the road and just need a quick snack.
I always ask fir the #8 which is supposed to be a blt with egg and bagel of choice the only problem is that they always forget the lettuce.
Stopped in to order myself and my coworkers some drinks. Iced caramel macchiato was made completely wrong. The first strawberry coconut refresher they handed me had no coconut milk and just water. The second was extremely watered down. Oreo ice cap ended up ok, according to my coworker. Very hit or miss, despite some good employees.
Set at drive thru for more then 25 minutes without getting to the order area and I was 3rd in line from the order area
The place is in need of a deep cleaning!!! It's so dirty in there! The service is so slow I don't know why they haven't been shut down!!! I'm shocked No one has gotten food poisoning it's so filthy!!!!I used to enjoy going to Tim Hortons in Presque Isle they need to do something about it!!!!🤢🤮
I wanted this location to be "it" First off, my biggest quarrel is how flustered the employees get during rush. I ordered a decaf and it's important bc I'm caffeine sensetive and can't have it. I probably missed a once in a lifetime job opportunity because I was too sick to show up. Constantly having my boyfriend's coffee messed up as well. Secondly, Location is more often than not out of items. ESPECIALLY featured items such as drinks, red bull, eggs and waffles. When the truck comes through, the whole parking lot needs to be blocked off because it can't make it and the store shuts down and locks the doors without letting customers know. Drive through window is terribly inefficient. You get to the window and get your hot food before your coffees most of the time so the food is getting cold while your waiting. Probably won't return to this location. I've lost trust and will either find somewhere else, or will make it at home. Decaf MEANS decaf and dairy free means DAIRY FREE. I know people get busy but these mistakes can do a lot to one person.
