It was the best mushroom swiss burger with onions evah!
Pleasant staff , the veggie omelet & home fries were delicious , definitely worth a repeat visit !
So I want to give this place a positive review because the owner is really really nice and everyone that works there is really nice and sweet. Their food used to be good back before Covid in late 2019 and I feel like since then that’s kinda gone downhill. Every time I get something it’s not that good I just got a Caesar wrap and it was drenched in Caesar dressing I couldn’t even eat it.. like I legit threw it out. The chicken was overcooked too. The only thing I’ve really liked is the milkshakes lol. And their pasta is ok. It’s also really expensive for what you get.. can get way better food in the same area.
Breakfast is pricey for the quality. Fairly bland. Certainly not impressed with the 4% Technology fee added to our bill. $35 (pre-tip) for breakfast for two (Irish Eggs Benedict, two eggs with hash, a coffee, and a Diet Coke. The server was great though. She handled the whole place on her own.
Homemade Sausage and biscuits, real homefries, Homemade Hash - made with Homemade corned beef. Homemade bread...get the picture? Full Bar. Typical diner food menu plus pizza including breakfast pizza. Toys for your littles to play with.
The food is great. Nice country diner and the staff is great. So nice and very friendly.
The food is not bad, but when they bring you the bill, they charge you a, surprise surprise, 4 percent 'technology fee' even though I was paying with cash. I find this very dishonest.
I was disappointed that the add on a 4% technology fee to the bill. Nice way to get an added 4% without people noticing. Food and service were average. I won't go back due to sneaky surcharge
My kids loved the toys to play with while waiting for the food. The onion rings and french fries were delicious. However, the lettuce used for my wife's salad was wet and slimy. And when asked for salad dressing, was given veggie dip. Some of the sandwiches that we ordered were missing the condiments that we asked for. The whoopie pies were delicious. We would be willing to come back for breakfast
Always great food, pizza is fabulous! Friendly staff!
I'm sorry I'm giving a one star review, bc these people are really nice. We just ate Easter dinner there. It was just awful. We've had breakfast there before and it was good. Today, the food was lukewarm, the ham was from a can, the prime rib was well done (I ordered medium rare) and extremely tough, and the gravy was from a can and I had a reaction to what must have been the MSG. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be overly critical. It really was bad, especially for my husband to say so. He didn't even eat 90% of the ham or potatoes, and ate nothing else. I find it incredible that the owner responded below and said the ham was not canned, but said nothing else. Not very good customer relations.i won't be going back, ever.
My first time there I absolutely loved it Excellent food great service Very friendly My compliments to the chef
Good simple food . Good prices friendly staff
We just happened upon Annette’s Country Skillet as we were traveling through. What a pleasant surprise! The food was amazing, but what made the experience 5 stars was that everyone was happy! The staff was all in a great mood, they got along great and chatted with customers while they worked. It’s obvious that they are a team that loves their jobs. It’s the type of place where you enter as strangers and leave as friends. 🥰
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say so I will leave it alone . It was awesome with the last owners but the new ones need help
Good food, good bloody Mary, Great service.👍👍👍
Annette and Alberto were super friendly. The food was great. I had prime rib which was great but I made mistake of starting with the chicken stew which is super hearty so I was full before my meal came. The desserts look amazing. I took a couple home but haven't eaten them yet. Next time I will be going for breakfast. I can't wait until they offer chicken and waffles!!!!!
Delicious corn chowder and American chop suey!!! Service was fast and friendly.
First time here, at first the place was kinda cozy nothing special. Short staffed and that was ok. Ordered our food no problems we got 2 alcoholic beverages both came out without garnishes that were advertised on the menu not a huge deal but the drinks were not very good. As we sat there talking amongst ourselves (party of 4) we started to notice how the sever didn’t wipe down the whole table just the areas everyone ate. Also noticed in the center where the jelly, hot sauce and creamer is kept that the little dishes In there were disgusting and full of old food and such. The bowl had old runny eggs in it and the salt and pepper shakers had old food crust on them as well. The bottle of hand sanitizer was also covered in various food particles and the pump was almost black. We got our food it was pretty good but hard to get by the gross centerpiece. We sent some of the little bowls and the sanitizer back with the sever once we were done and a “hey these may need to be cleaned” on ALL the tables. Probably won’t be going back
The outside looks great. The inside, not so much. Very dirty and cluttered. The biscuits and gravy was very good. The home fries where probably the worst of any place we have been. Service not great Will probably not go back.
