Love this place and definitely recommend it to all of our Airbnb guest!
Asked for a cafe latte, and a plain heated croissant. I got a latte and a cold croissant. Also, the only artificial sweeteners available are stevia🤢, or sugar in the raw 💀. Threw it in the trash and left. This was managements response after they screwed up. Response from the owner an hour ago Hi Samuel. After speaking with my cafe crew I wanted to respond to your review. Our croissants aren’t warmed as a standard and are very good as they are. However, if you had asked, they would likely have put it in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up. They relayed that you ate the croissant without complaint while waiting for your latte. As for the artificial sweetener, you had asked for an aspartame based sweetener which is something we do not offer intentionally. When we offered stevia you aggressively threw your full latte in the trash. Our staff were kind and accommodating and it’s disappointing that you treated them the way you did. -Management

This might be good for the area but compared to other bagel shops in New England it is very average. The price is also higher than comparable bagel shops in Boston, but the food is much worse. Overall I would not get again.
The staff was very nice. I found fresh bagels to take home - they smelled wonderful. I also purchased a yummy sandwich on a garlic bagel to take out for lunch. I will go again🙂
this place it’s so popular that I was meeting with two different people in Lewiston auburn area in the morning and both of them wanted to meet at forage. A very hearty and good forage breakfast sandwich and quality coffee. To note that you do need to give them a phone number and then they text you when your order is ready. If you’re meeting somebody for a conversation, I do find this a little bit annoying to need to look at your phone. My first companion also didn’t get a text and had a very delayed breakfast pick up. Otherwise, ample space and a great spot for breakfast. I was able to get street parking both times, which also made me pretty happy.
Learned of the location via word of mouth and I just couldn't get enough of it. Will definitely be back again.

I recommend you go this place is the bomb of stores.
Such yummy food (I recommend the breakfast forage sandwich with bacon!) and drink. Favorite spot in Lewiston for a quick bite

Wonderful Cafe. Their muffins, bagels, cookies and Bucklyn coffee are great. I wouldn't hesitate to try anything at Forage. Quality all the way.
As an LGBT customer i feel very safe/accepted going here due to the flag in the window & their very outward support of our community ❤️ Its also the best bagels & sandwiches ive ever had. Love the wood fired taste & the fakin vegan bacon at no extra cost!!
The white fish sandwich is something I look forward to every time I’m in Lewiston. These are some of the most delicious beagles I’ve ever had. I’m going there again for breakfast tomorrow. I love this place
Cozy, relaxing stop this morning. If you don't try anything else on the menu, and you like bagels...heck, even if you don't like bagels YOU HAVE TO TRY THESE!!!!!! The texture is spot on. Chewy tasty heaven. I was going to take a picture and then it was so good I couldn't wait to eat it.
Amazing ambiance, great iced latte, and the bagel was amazing. Staff is very kind. Will definitely be coming back.
Amazing breakfast sandwiches! I used to drive down to Portland for my craving of their bagels but I am happy this one is just a touch closer to me 😊
