I met 2 local women at McSherry’s; asked where to eat in Fryeburg. S&G was 1. I said I've been there, very nice but wish owner would encourage smiling 😃 😊! I'm a dentist and love seeing teeth. BOTH women agreed 👍
We were staying in Fryeburg for an Airstream Rally and found Spice & Grain had some tasty vegan options. Also, some wonderful artisan bread made by a local bakery was delicious. Staff was very helpful & super friendly.
Was driving by on my way to VT and this was a lovely surprise! Small but a nice variety of organic food, local brands, bulk foods, and sustainable finds. Yummy breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Glad I stumbled upon it!

Accidentally stumbled on this little gem! Was treated with some amazing Homemade soup, muffins and great coffee. Has amazing lil snacks and more. Friendly warm owner and environmentally friendly product. Great stop on your road trip!
This store has very friendly, warm staff and a wonderful variety of healthy foods at reasonable prices. Hot soups, local coffee, and sandwiches are available all the time if you want to stop for lunch.
I love this place more than I love myself
They have a good selection of organics and supplements. Will special order something if they can, if you need it. Reasonably priced--way more so than the LG in North Conway.

Best sandwiches ever! Home made every day. We stopped at the store on the way through town last July and the kids still talk about how good the sandwiches were.
best place around for your organic needs ,can't beat the price's , way lower than any place in & around the valley, hence their motto ''don't have to wealthy to be healthy '' good folks
