I usually don’t write reviews about a place but I believe this one deserves it. Not because they had outstanding staff and the atmosphere was great, it’s because it was just that horrible. To begin, we walked in and it seemed that they were confused just as much as we were. I asked for an Iced coffee which they mentioned that the cold brew was out but from my understanding they could’ve used hot coffee and made it work. My friend asked what the flavors of the donuts were and the lady who seemed to be the manager had no idea and was listing potential flavors and then proceeded to say “well if you want you can go up and look at them.” Even though she said she would check. We ordered our food which I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap. About mid way through to eating half of the wrap I found a bone in my chicken. Overall, the wrap was super dry. I then mentioned to tell the manager about the bone in the chicken and her response was “well at least it’s fresh right”. The next thing is we over heard a customer order everything in the bakery items and he was talkative and trying to expand their business and ask for business cards. He got his stuff and paid and then left and they instantly started to talk about him being too “chatty.” Usually I’m not this picky but it was a horrible experience and I will not be coming back. Hopefully they hire more people who seem like they actually care about their customers.

Nice place but charging an extra $3 to replace the existing meat by a vegan sausage is odd

A quaint little bakery / restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, pastries, donuts, bubble tea & more. Top notch service with fresh hot breakfast with homemade bread. 😋 The pan fried potatoes were delicious. Had to get a couple of fresh canoli donuts to go. All the pastries & cookies were nicely displayed in the clear cases. Highly recommended, great food, treats & more. Bring the family, you can thank me later.

Really cozy space! The owner is super nice and incredibly dedicated to her business. Amazing quality, price, and ambiance. I had an eggs Benedict with some home fries (which were fantastic) and a donut and my boyfriend had a bagel and a blueberry cheese danish. I'm not typically a donut person, but hers were absolutely amazing! It's all handmade and all delicious. Would absolutely come again!

I’ve been here a couple times before, but only for their keto bakery products - which are delicious! Today, I came here for lunch with a friend. She had the chicken quesadilla and I had a Caesar Salad. Both dishes were great. They were well plated, good serving portions and tasted wonderful. I look forward to coming back for more!

We recently moved to the area and we're so excited we discovered Franklin St. Cafe & Bakery. The pastries and the food are high quality, very affordable, and made with love. Every time we've gone it's been a great experience and we can't wait to go back. Also: boba!

Poor customer service!! Walked in the first thing the lady said to us watch when we leave that we dont rip down her open sign that was hanging. Not hello or what would you like. My 10 year old daughter wanted to try the boba tea for the first time and i asked her questions about them and she didnt explain them except they are non dairy. I said how do they get the color? She said its non dairy creamer in it. If the open flag is the most important thing put it in a safer area or no parking in front of it. Next time mention the flag as people are leaving not before they order ** if your flags get ripped down a couple of times WHY put it up again and again? I was bringing my daughter in for a experience and which could have been for a repeat customer. The drinks are not cheap $7.00 which could have been a great repeat customer. I also pointed out the hours were not correct online which would have helped for customers that make the drive there to find the place closed. Yes i was upset that the first thing your doing is pointing out the flag that wasnt even touching the roof of my car.

Excellent club sandwich. We also got a scone, apple strudel and muffins for the road. Yum!
