Slow and not very good coffee / watery latte.
Treated ourselves to breakfast at the Flex-It cafe this morning. We ordered the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and the burrito. Both were perfection. Service was fabulous, coffee divine, and atmosphere welcoming. We can’t think of any ways Flex-It could be better!
The best blueberry pie I had while on my trip to Maine. Unfortunately hot food wasn't an option while I was here because of some maintenance fix, but the wrap I ordered was decent and the staff was nice.

I stopped in for the first time today while waiting on getting my winter tires put on across the street. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The coffee was great, and the avocado toast was the best I’ve had anywhere yet. I’ll be sure to find more reasons to visit again.
Only in Ellsworth for two nights and Flexit became my coffee spot. Got a few hours of work in on the first morning while waiting for the fam to mobilize. Coffee (dark roast) was excellent and inexpensive. Brought back pastries and a b'fst sandwich for the gang, and everyone was happy. Prices were very reasonable, and the staff was super friendly! Thanks.
Amazing food with great milk alternatives. Great price and great taste wise. Will visit this place again soon! The vibe inside was good to the local culture. We really enjoyed all the local art. We don’t recommend the ice chai, but we think it would be amazing hot!
Love Flex-it! Living in Ellsworth temporarily this has been the perfect local coffee shop I needed! They make a fabulous iced matcha oat latte with a shot of lavender 👌😉
The best Cuban sandwich I've had other than on Calle Ocho. Unexpected and enjoyable lunch in Ellsworth.

The new location is absolutely beautiful, staff is always super helpful and friendly. Very clean and tidy as well. Delicious vegan options for baked goods as well as a huge selection, something for everyone. The food is beyond delicious, be it breakfast or lunch! I have yet to try anything that wasn't delicious. The smoothies are absolutely great as well. Always my go to!

Still good grub, but was much better at the old location from a "Sit and Enjoy" standpoint. Feels more like an in-and-out now.
Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Both sandwiches we ordered were tasty and pretty big, if a bit on the expensive side. I also got an iced chai which was delicious! I definitely plan on returning next time I’m in town.
Friendly staff, yummy food, nice owner, great workspace or even for a quick meeting with colleagues. Would definitely return frequently.
A frequent breakfast stop for us—delicious breakfast sandwiches, quiches, and pastries. The croissants are to die for (they run out quick!) and their talented baristas make a variety of yummy coffee and espresso drinks ☕️ The owner is awesome—he works right alongside his employees, frequently makes rounds to all the tables, and makes sure everyone is taken care of and enjoying their food. If you like a quirky and chill atmosphere, delicious local food, and freshly baked pastries, I definitely recommend this place.
Friendly staff, open through late November, nice atmosphere. I got a salad and the avocado toast with an egg added and the portion/quality could have been better for the price, though I was satisfied with the experience. Would recommend.
We had to wear a mask 🙄, even vaccinated. Also, I didn't see the roast beef sandwich special until I started to leave... so look around 😄. Food was good. We had sandwiches. Staff was friendly.
