I received my wonderful bag of Quarter Moon Espresso yesterday and I knew it had arrived because the mail box smelled delicious! LOL. I had to make an afternoon pot of coffee just to try this. Well, to say the least, I wasn't disappointed! I never am with any of the flavor/roasts that I receive. This is true to it's word. It does have hints of Walnut and Chocolate. There is no bitter taste, the roast isn't too strong, it's smooth, and rich and melts like butter in your mouth! I can't wait to try all the other Espresso roasts! This is the best coffee that I've ever had. I love dark roasts, but lately, in ordering from other companies, their dark roasts are more like a medium roast. Well, that's not true with Coffee on the Porch. Their dark roasts are DARK, with fresh, oily beans, and its not bitter. It's absolutely the best coffee that I've ever had and I have no plans of ever buying from anyone else!
Discovered these magical (defined as: beautiful or delightful in such a way as to seem removed from everyday life.) coffee beans while visiting friends in Maine about three years ago and have been ordering them exclusively since. Recommend that anyone who considers themselves a “coffee snob”, as I consider myself to be, to give them a try.
I happily stumbled upon Coffee on the Porch online, when I saw a beautiful photo that Dan had taken of Camden. This was last Saturday, and I placed my first order that day…I received it this past Wednesday! Great service! I have been enjoying Mack the Knife and Our House for the past couple of days, and I highly recommend both of these blends! I can’t wait to try many more of your options, and don’t spill the beans (see what I did there? 😉), but there’s a high probability that my kids will be drinking your coffee by this Christmas! Outstanding coffee. We bought some when we visited Maine and we have been mail ordering for a while. We buy beans wherever we go but we are never as satisfied as what we get from COTP.

This small coffeemaker does an outstanding job at his craft of selecting, roasting and blending beans to create interesting and delicious coffees.
We began searching for the right coffees for our proposed coffee shop about a year ago. We ordered and tested coffees from many different roasters. We felt that Coffee on the Porch was the best we had found. We really liked their coffees, and that is what we opened with. Their coffees were an instant hit. They roast and ship promptly after we order. The service and the coffees are excellent. We all know that life is too short for bad coffee. Only get the best you can find. We think the best is Coffee on the Porch!

At age 73, I guess I have enjoyed coffee for over a half century. But only in the past few years have I come to enjoy the masterpiece of the brew: Coffee on the Porch. Each variety of roast is truly amazing and is a flavor to savor. I usually make it by filling a reusable Keurig capsule. The result is perfection. If you can find a better coffee……we’ll, you won’t. I buy it online or when passing through Camden. You owe it to yourself to get some quick……brew and envision Camden Harbor at sunrise. Wherever you are.
We love this coffee, and we love the passion and talent that COTP brings to providing these very special coffee beans. After a trip to Camden where we discovered blonde on blonde, we returned home and ordered some by mail. It’s that good. Whenever you discover someone who really cares about the whole process of sourcing, creating and delivering with such high quality, it is a great pleasure to be the beneficiary of their considerable effort.
Just got my 1st bag of "Amen Again" this morning! It is superb! It's obvious that this family has done what it takes to make a perfect blend! Thank you so much to the good folks on The Porch!
My fav decaf--full flavored and low acid.
Fresh and a variety of flavors that are not overpowering Great service as well.
I cannot recommend Dan’s coffee enough. I’ve been telling people about him for years. Order and try, you won’t be disappointed!
