Waited 25 minutes in line. Ordered a Rush no ice which I’ve done at the location in South Portland many times. They give me a piss warm flat drink. Every time I’ve gotten it in SoPo it was still cold, just wouldn’t get watered down. Regret wasting money here.
The early morning shift girls are amazing. Excellent customer service. They are the best!!
awful service. two girls working one girl took the order to the other window m, gave them there things and they left while i was sitting at the other window for 10 minute while both made eye contact but did not help me. multiple cars started coming to the other side and she decided to help them but never came to me. decided to leave as they clearly didn’t care. thought aromas had better service then this.
Help has gotten better in recent months so i have added a star.
I mean come on its aroma joes what's not to love. Aj rush love them.

The drinks can be hit or miss for me… but the staff at this location make it worth 5 stars! ⭐️ Thank you all for being so kind and cheerful. Each time I have been here, everyone I have interacted with is really nice.

every single time i’ve come here it’s been awful. as somebody who used to be a barista here (different location) something needs to be done about the obnoxiously rude girls. if you don’t wanna do your job, work somewhere else.
The drive up window on the right side of the building looked closed so I made a u turn in front of the car wash and lined up behind another car waiting for their order on the other side.After a minute or so three vehicles did line up at the first window.When I got my turn and pulled up the window had a closed sign on it. The girl open the window and told me I needed to turn around and get in line on the other side behind the other car that arrived after I had. Nope not happening. I won’t be back.
halfway through my shift, 2 particularly noxious karens back-to-back left me on red. when my assistant gm saw me breathing fire he door-dashed me this awesome 🍓 🍌 smoothie from aroma's down the street, and it is soooooo hella good, but yikes there's a LOTTA sugar in these!!🤯 not sure if it's the kindness or the sugar rush, but got all the happy feels going on right now and i'm smilin' again. ☺️ you rock trout, youre the best!!! and PS to all the godless, miserable, benighted karens out there---buckle up your helmets and flak jackets, ladies. karma's comin' for ya

Aroma Joe's is a chain, you know what it is. This one is like all the others except that it's placement is absolutely bonkers, and navigating the road around it can be tricky - especially in ice or snow. Use caution.
