🫐 We love walking over to Everyday Joe's in the neighborhood for coffees and treats anytime. Breakfasts are made right in front of you in the open concept kitchen and you'll be eating in no time. Grab a small table in the front window to watch the people go by and listen to the locals chat about their unique lifestyles.
Not bad but they got my order wrong. Asked for bacon egg and cheese but only got egg an cheese.
It's a cross between a diner, gas station, and hiking-oriented convenience store. Don't expect luxury and you can find yourself waiting in line during busy weekends (if crowds bother you, do yourself a favor and just don't go to Bar Harbor or Acadia on the weekend). But service is super quick on weekday mornings, food is hot and delicious, and the prices are far more reasonable than in other parts of Bar Harbor.
Cute little grocery store and gas station with a big surprise! Some of the best food in town! The quesadilla is amazing (breakfast or lunch) the cheese steak is truly a delicious option as well. I will be back to try more! The 'Joes bowl' is next on my list.
Honestly, the chicken "panini" was small and overpriced, the ice tea was a premium too. What would cost $12 at any other place is almost $19 here. I understand this is a tourist town, but there are cheaper or better options within a block or 2. 13.95 "panini" served on 4"x4" ciabatta bread 3.00 bottle ice tea +tax About $19
Food and coffee are good. Good place to stop and get a quick breakfast Food is delicious
Got my Sunoco gas recipe from the store & bring home a Lobster Roll $27. It comes with salads. Lobster is tender & tasty. Sauce is creamy, but a bit too sweet….😅
We spent a long weekend in Acadia, ate seven meals in the area, and this was the best one. Don't let the simplicity of the restaurant or it's menu fool you. Ol boy is ganna SEASON them potatoes wedges(bless you good sir). A simple bacon egg and cheese hits the spot just right when the potatoes bun is that soft. And being a Mainer who is trying to enjoy the outdoor activities and sports, rather than the attractions, I appreciate that the self service coffee means I don't have to talk to anyone and can just enjoy my day. Thank you so much for being a pleasant hole in the wall where I can fill my belly with a warm meal before a full day.
Had great omelets after watching the sunrise over the harbor.
Everyday Joe’s does not disappoint. Don’t be fooled by their modest location next to a Sunoco Station. Their Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is huge and delicious. Coffee was great! The folks working were delightful. Great pit stop in Bar Harbor!
Easy to go breakfast before heading into the park! Also, pick up your needed snacks and rehydration.
Very expensive breakfast for what you get. It was $43 for two of us to have an egg, bacon, and a pancake each. That might not be so bad except for you order at a counter, self serve drinks, eat with plastic cutlery on paper plates, and then bus the table yourself. The door was left open, which invited many flys in. Staff were friendly and food was okay, but overall the experience was disappointing.
Came here for breakfast before hiking in Acadia. The breakfast wasn't bad but it wasn't very good either. The food was served relatively quickly and steaming hot. I got the egg sandwich and pancakes and they were decent enough. Think like average home-made meals. If you're in for that kind of mood, then go ahead and try it! It's also a pretty good alternative when the other local breakfast restaurants are all busy.
Update: We ended up back for lunch a few days later, and had a much better experience. The food was very good again and we were truly impressed with the quesadilla! A more detailed description on the menu would do it better justice. Also, we bought it expecting it to be bland for our picky kid then we were all too happy to eat it instead haha. For the experience: much better. Shorter line and faster service. The music was something ordinary, the service was friendly. Outside tables are great for kids. We’d go back for lunch! 3 stars: 4 for the food, 1 for the experience. Long line to order, in a cramped space, with loud and abrasive techno music, and no AC on a very hot day. Food came beautifully presented, but with only 1 set of utensils for 3 meals. Not a good time for a family with kids. But pancakes were tasty!
Everyday Joe’s was a nice little place to have breakfast. This place wasn’t on our original list of places to have breakfast, but when other breakfast locations were too busy we decided to try Everyday Joe’s. We’re glad we did. Really quick and delicious. You won’t be disappointed trying this place.
We had the Mexican burger and cheeseburger with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, red onion. They were both great. The restaurant is a diner attached to a gas station, so not the best ambiance. Good, friendly service.
Friendly, clean atmosphere with great breakfast and lunch. It’s the perfect stop for when you need to grab food and drinks and even gas!
Best food !! Nice ambiences.. the staffs are friendly ! I will definitely recommend this place for grab and to go or inside sitting!
Fair prices with less of a crowd than other breakfast spots. Staff is friendly and the food was great. The breakfast burrito is a 10.
Best breakfast! Menu gives a lot of choices, but "breakfast burrito" was my favorite! Friendly and warm staff too! Definitely will be at this place every breakfast and everyday! :) 2 thumbs up!
