Coffee was good but their customer service is lacking. I waited to order (drive up) and she asked me to wait… and again wait…. And going by her attitude, she was not all that thrilled that I was there. Finally was served. The funny part is that there were no other cars in drive up and few in the parking lot. It was 2pm

It’s like a purple Starbucks with the quality of CC’s coffee, so pretty decent. The staff were please t for it being so early in the morning and the touch screen ordering system makes it easy for those that not morning people to order.

I was super excited to learn that PJ’s was coming to my hometown. But I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Still great coffee, but the product is tainted with baristas who have a visible attitude on their face when you walk in or who steadily ignore serving customers waiting on their order their drink that’s just sitting behind the counter. I was hoping we would get this straightened out after reading other reviews, but it’s only getting worse and I fear it hasn’t been addressed. Can we please train employees to make their job a priority while clocked in and enforce shift leads to direct workers back to working instead of chatting with their friends?

When they mess up your order, they have horrible service because they don't want to do anything to fix their mistakes. Constant new people. Constant out of stock product. Very Rude.

The drive thru is slow every time I go there. Love the coffee but don’t love the wait.

I would give a Zero if possible… My mom ordered dozen beignets and two coffees (Mardi Gras king cake coffee and skinny latte) it cost around $40. They handed her a coffee cup with the “dozen beignets” in the cup… Each of them were about the size of a quarter. It was so shocking, I thought she was joking when she handed me the cup. I asked: “what’s this”? She replied “the dozen beignets”….!!!! I was actually speechless bc I realized she was serious. If I would’ve been in driver seat, we would’ve not taken ANY of it or paid a dime. The coffee was mediocre at best and tasted nothing like king cake and the skinny latte was nothing special-I didn’t expect it to be. I will NEVER be back and make sure to let others know to at least NEVER get the beignets. Castor and chicory & delta biscuit better are where it’s at just no drive-thru but the beignets are actual beignets… not “silver dollar beignets” or whatever they were supposed to be. Save your money go to our gourmet local places and be happier.

My traditional Americano was okay. What really impressed me was the bagel egg and sausage sandwich. 💗 Really nice atmosphere here with lots of plugins for your phone and computer. It is a great place to hang out.

UPDATE: I’ve upped my score from 3 stars to 4. Pj’s has overall improved since my original review. They still lack speed, coordination and accuracy when delivering orders. Improving to always deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner would earn my 5th star. Pro tip: Their take on a Frappuccino, the Granita, is the best coffee on their menu. Outside of tasting delicious, its 4 shots of Espresso are enough to power through any slump. ORIGINAL: The coffee is good. Staff is friendly, though overwhelmed. I waited nearly an hour inside for my order and had plenty of time to observe. Here’s the big problem: the manager. He treats customers arrogantly and does not help his staff when they are overwhelmed with orders. Poor leadership is tanking what could be a great coffee shop. Message To the owners: please hire a better manager if you want your business to succeed!
