I was there a couple of weeks ago. I had my oil changed, then my car went to the vaccum area. They did a very poor job at vacuuming the inside of my car.. it then went to the wash and out to detailing the inside. Never in all the times that I’ve been going there that the inside was still dirty. Nothing was wiped down with armor all. The inside of my car looked as if all they had done was take a duster and just dusted the inside of my car. I have never been so disappointed. I’m hoping that the next time I go there, that my car gets a better cleaning. If not, I’ll find somewhere else to go.
Great wash, pricey like all are now, FastPass is great, as thorough a wash as you can get short of hand-washing/detailing. Line moves quickly even on busy days. Convenient locations too.

They wouldn’t do an inspection sticker for my car because the “window tint was too dark.” The only “tint” on my car is what came with it when I purchased the car off the lot brand new years ago. Even though we told them that’s how the car was made, they still refused.

I CONTACTED CAR WASH WEST CONCERNING THIER MAX PROTECT THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY WERE OFFERING IT . I WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MIN WHEN I GOT UP TO THE END OF THE LINE I WAS ADVISED IT WAS NO LONGER OFFERING THAT SERVICE TODAY . I EXPRESSED MY DISAPPOINTMENT THEY DIDNT CARE . I WILL NOT BE BACK
I took my car in for an oil change and received a free car wash with that. I'm very happy with both. The employees were very nice and I had a ham and cheese croissant with coffee, which was delicious. I would definitely go back!
Did a good job
Will never go back here again, they didn't tighten my oil filter and luckily it was raining and my husband seen the oil streak coming from under my truck. The filter was about to fall off.
I went for a oil change & a carwash. I was ask if I wanted the free wash, no I up graded with Armor. I saw my truck & waited. I looked out & saw my truck parked to the side running & the lights on my keys was left in my truck. I went & looked at it nothing was done to it besides the floor mats was wet. I went to the desk & I gave her my ticket number told her what happened. My truck was cleaned very poorly.
Never have a problem with the oil change area at all but probably cause my uncles work there but some times the inside workers are very rude
They didn’t perform any service for me, my wife had Christmas items stolen during the car wash and after reporting it was called a liar, every time I go in there they find something that needs replaced. I went to get an oil change and was told my air filter needed replaced and the day before I’d replaced it, when I brought it to there attention they claimed it was the wrong truck & yet I was the only truck out there. Today I gave them one last chance, while waiting no one came out to say which bay or to get my information, here comes a car and they immediately bring him in before me. When asked why I was told it was my fault so I politely excused myself and drove to a place where I can get the right kind of service, such as Rick Bremen’s place. CWW you have ripped yourself from getting my business ever again, 20 yrs of business gone……
Please do not expect a quality hand wash here. I brought my car to get a $50 hand wash. Water spots were still on the car, they did not dry my car fully, it’s just all bad. It’s day 2 and it’s even more water spots
