I love their black milk tea here, it’s my favorite and I like what they’ve done with the place recently, but every time I go one person tells me I have points to use and when I decided to use it at my next visit, such as today the person who takes my order says I don’t have any points. This has happened two times already that they say I have points and then say I don’t the next time I go. They also said I’m not in the loyalty program when I went today even if I signed up months ago and had enough points. It’s just disappointing to be guaranteed something twice and then tell me something else when I go to claim it. I hope they figure out what’s wrong with their system and stop telling customers this because out of all the boba places I’ve tried in Shreveport they have the best drinks.
Visiting from Texas and decided to check this boba place out. The place itself was fine, had a bit of a weird anime motif going on. The reason for the low score is they had some gaming tournament going on and the store smelled like mad BO emanating from the tournament players. I don't think it's farfetched for a restaurant to smell clean and not like a sweaty workshop.
Very clean peaceful environment. Rose milk tea was really good with real rose petals as a topping. Tried new green peach tea with the honey bubbles. It's awesome The best peach I've had in a while.
This was first time going there for anything, and this was by far, hands down, the most delicious pancake breakfast I've ever had. Being it is a small shop, it wasn't busy, so I got my drink and pancake really quick! Even the presentation was so pretty, I almost didn't want to eat it! I ordered a large Brown Sugar Milk Tea Boba made with black tea and the Strawberry pancake! Definitely should check this place out, if you haven't already!
The Oreo Milkshake Latte is my daughter's fave! Always super friendly service.
Staff is super knowledgeable if you are not familiar with Boba drinks. Really friendly and owner is incredibly nice. Shop was really clean and the vibes are awesome.

My family and I have gotten smoothies/teas here a few times and they’ve always tasted great and fresh. I like that Bestea hosts events like chess and video game nights for people to hang out. The location is great and we will definitely be back often!
I've been here many, many times and every experience has been a great one! They've never gotten my order wrong. They always greet me with kindness and professionalism. Also, their reward system actually works unlike other bubble tea places I've been to. I highly recommend stopping in.

It's always a pleasure to visit Bestea on our weekends. Their Re-Grand Opening was awesome! We stood in line for 3 hours to get our tea and were part of the 100 people to get free tea for a year! Absolutely worth the wait. I got the Match Milk Tea with Honey Poppings and 0 Sugar. The new popping flavor was fantastic and perfect. The Matcha Milk Tea was great! I'll be adding that to my favorite flavor list for sure.
I love the artistic aesthetics to keep me mentally engaged and at peace while in line.

My absolute favorite place to get bubble tea in Shreveport/Bossier. The staff is so nice and great at helping you try new flavors.
What can I say? I had a Lavender Boba from Bestea yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it! Aaah-Mazing!! I only wish I had taken a photo! Lavender flowers were added - and the flavor came through beautifully. My daughter ordered a Matcha Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba and it was wonderful as well. Snack and sweets are also sold and the Pistachio Macarons are delightful! We had a great first time experience and I would highly recommend to anyone. **Staff here are friendly and informative.. Thanks Ben! Now if only there was a Bestea closer to Cenla..... Thank you!
Never really had Boba/ ill that day. But I gotta say, it's not let me down for my first time trying 😋
My wife and I visited Best Tea in Shreveport on Sunday and were immediately struck by the cleanliness and organization of the shop. I decided to try one of their new coffee items, the Cafe Bombon, while my wife ordered a Black Milk Tea. We were both impressed with the quality of our drinks and appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service from the staff member. Best Tea truly offers a unique experience in the Shreveport area, and we loved the opportunity to try something new! The prices were fair, especially for the high quality of the drinks, and the service was quick. We would highly recommend Best Tea to anyone looking for a warm and family-friendly local coffee/tea shop in the Shreveport area. We will certainly be back!
